Wont work. They just keep on going, reporting and bla bla. It gets funny sometimes because they're ludicrous.
2.6k, soon to be 2.5 maybe..., harbours the most toxic people ever, of which half dont speak english.
most people flame because they know they wont see that other person again so they dont care what they say. either that, or they're really frustrated and see it as an easy way to take it out on people. the best way to do things in that situation is to try to calm them down slowly, or just dont respond.

He's an absurdly annoying hero.
He's definitely pickable.

His laning presence isn't quite top-of-the-line, but that's one of his only downsides.
You can actually get away with maxing stomp as opposed to Spirit with the 6.87 change to its damage, and its actually very hard to avoid if you are any melee hero in the center of its radius.
Chieftain has been very strong ever since 6.86 when they made Earth Splitter do 30/40/50% of someone's max HP, then they kept buffing him afterwards
With a Refresher you can actually instakill every single hero in the game as long as you double stomp them

Just had someone on our team have their very first ranked game
He fed them (along with other teammates) and we lost
He was such a nice guy. He felt so bad about it and thankful that nobody was flaming them and actually being nice about it.
It made the situation feel better, no doubt, but I've had too many ranked loses lately...

It's not that I've had bad games as him, it's more about 80% of the ETs I see in my games (teammates or enemies) just be horribly fucking useless and weak.

I was the last player on my team (because the rest quit) and the enemy team wanted me to quit.
Chaos Knight said his entire team would report me. I said I would harrass them on steam, and I called them retards.

Depending on your own hp and armor, he might need a second more than before to kill you.
He's probably feeding because someone was playing Techies on his team. Which doesn't necessarily negate your other two points.
What are you guys' solutions to Timber in lane?
People still don't seem to get that you don't harass him with autoattacks. Short of a trilane Lich is quite good for letting a carry farm, since he can zone him and slow his XP ramp up.

Usually i just pick magic nukers. If you're Shadow Shaman + Sven lane, you can pretty much almost kill him with just nukes, and even then if he survives he wont have too much regen because no one is auto-attacking him, so then he is out of the lane.
i have 0 experience against a timber mid so cant really help you there

Shadow Demon is still the #1 "fuck off, this is my lane" hero right now imo.
Looks like I have won 2 tickets for the ESL ONE in Frankfurt.

Didn't have any of that and tried it a few days ago. Works like a charm.
To be fair pretty much any int ranged support hero that does a decent amount of nuke magic damage can outlane him.
