not necessarily. they obviously wont be going and changing all of rubicks stolen spells. what they'll probably do is simply change the animation/particles on said spell steal, but that'll be it. (same with doing that for his other two spells) but anyone who thinks they'll be going and making his stolen spells all special should look to other arcanas and notice that they've barely done anything to a bunch of their spells outside of an animation change.

Good question. The guy is calibrating accounts to 4-5k and then using them for boosting, but somehow never winning a single match. I also suspect the accounts are actually bot-operated, judging by their behaviour.

I mostly buy it when playing on us servers, since I have 170 ping. Also even if you don't plan to build bfury or iron talon, it speeds up your farm anyways
