I think a big problem with Underlord's design is how muddy he looks. It's pretty much brown subtle gradients that splotch and blend together and make him look sort of lumpy, with just a couple chunks of black and green to break up the monotony. Typically attention would be drawn to the characters face, except the green in his eyes isn't deep enough in contrast from the rest of him, so one would typically be stuck looking at the green particle effect above his head.

I like pit lord and his weapon is really cool. The way he swings it & the sounds are very satisfying

pitlord never seemed like a particularly well designed hero to me, even in wc3. only two of his spells really synergize, and in the end that's just a pathetic amount of spell damage compared to what some heroes can put out now. otherwise he's fairly slow, and only hits like a train under the right conditions. power creep in general just makes me think he won't fit into this game without some drastic rebalancing

His disable isn't very strong, his aura is harder to really use since with support level farm he'd be pretty easy to pop. I think the hero needs offlane level farm at the least and he's probably best played as an tanky aura/utility carrier in that role. [editline]12th August 2016[/editline] At the very least I agree with Clovis, there's no way you can play Underlord as a support. He doesn't do enough without farm/xp to work in that role.
