Good man
Classic heavy metal is the only way to go when playing D&D
Or prog rock, but the barriers between these kinda blur a bit anyway so
no doom metal 0/10

Doom metal would own for darker grimmer campaigns but I was thinking standard heroic fantasy more like

Has anyone tried out Feng Shui 2? I know the first is really good, but I'd like to give 2 a shot.
Been wondering, are there any people here interested in playing D&D online, via IRC or something? Might as well gather a little crowd of people for occasional plays, I would want some more D&D in my life seeing as our last group disbanded because there were 10+ people playing and GM had to do layoffs for closer friends :v:

Maybe, although I've only played a single session of pathfinder so far so I know very little about how it all works so far.
I finished making my Assassin for the upcoming session this Sunday, we are using D&D 4e
Can someone check my character sheet?

I think the vast majority of the people who frequent this thread primarily play online.
How do you play D&D vote here (Online, Offline or a mix) :

I would play in person if there was a place near me that hosted that kind of stuff or if more of my friends lived close by.
The girl I'm dating bought me a set of dice from a Tabletop store when she visited Manchester a few weeks ago. She knows I recently started DMing as we play with a Meetup group every Tuesday. It was really sweet of her.

Not really the best poll, does not measure how much people play each method, which they prefer, reasons why, etc.

I don't even know anybody (personally that is) in Scotland who plays it in person, I'd have to leave the country for that. I know a Ukrainian FPer who had to go to Lithuania to play a D&D session in real life.
Oh? Well in case most people play it online, lets organise a FP campaign?
I have only played 5e, but Im game for Pathfinder as well.
I just noticed that Wizard has removed and deleted the forums.
So many posts lost, so much data gone.

There's already a few games going organised in this thread :v:
I can't wait for Jroses next session myself, I'm going to break all of his puzzles and challenges through sheer incompetence.

2 is essentially the new and imprived version of the first, definitely worth getting

Unless he's suggesting like a +10 player game :V

I don't know why the threat of incompetence is scarier than competence.
Unless he's suggesting like a +10 player game :V
It'd be more like 30, but only like 8 of us would be able to show up at the same times.
I don't know why the threat of incompetence is scarier than competence.
Thats because a competent party destroys the puzzle/trap. An incompetent party destroys the building around the trap.

There's a PF game I'm running that's full, Jrose is running I think 5e D&D, a couple of Mekton Zeta games (When's this final happening anyway?), I think someone else is running a WH40k game and a handful of people in RL games.

I'm also in an Exalted 3rd edition game, not sure if they want more players though.

Our group has a Shadowrun game, PF, asoiaf, and Savage worlds right now. Full up, as it stands though.
Also I don't know Appy needs to get his act together since I've told him my schedule like 4 times
I'm running a Pathfinder game, actually, not 5e. I think our party of 5 is enough for now, though. I'll message you if someone drops though Raven.
