The fact it's using Denuvo is why I'm worried about it being a shit port because these two things tend to go hand in hand.
So can anyone who has played the game on PC confirm that the game runs like a heap of shit just because it uses Denuvo :quotes: Legit curious though on how the game runs, considering how the first game did launch with some problems on PC

Runs better than the first game on the same hardware, though I'm playing this one off of an SSD I didn't have before so I can't say if it'd stutter as bad as the first one did when I played it from a HDD
Yeah I was surprised at how well it ran, on a 970 at the highest settings possible the lowest I got was 40 fps in crowded areas. Installed on an HDD, no problems whatsoever. And no goddamn forced mouse smoothing, thank god
the score is pretty lit
I'm getting a pretty decent graphic:framerate ratio. 960 here but I heard the game is cpu intensive so once I changed priority on it to high I've been playing at a more than enjoyable rate. Honestly I do like the characters a lot more than I was expexting, SBH said the characters get cringey enough to be good but I don't see them as cringey, they're more cheesy than anything else but it has a nice charm, they all really feel like a bunch of kids. And honestly the characters have some good lines Marcus: "so what do you do for fun?" Josh: "This is fun." Marcus: "I mean outside." Josh: "No." Marcus: "Right, great talk Josh "
I've only done side missions so far, haven't even touched the main ones yet after getting freeroam :v: wish the ubi client showed how much you've played a game. Also the coop missions are really fun even when solo, had one where it was like 20 of the armored dudes on the docks, sneaking around meleeing them all was intense. Was totally not expecting [sp]the tezcas to kill Horatio.[/sp] Completely caught me off guard.
Same, ive been doing side missions and getting data. I always thought wrenches mask was a pretty cool concept tbh, even when he was first introduced
Nice to have a game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Having fun so far with this.
Was totally not expecting [sp]the tezcas to kill Horatio.[/sp] Completely caught me off guard.
[sp]I had been playing nonlethal up to that point. Emphasis on had.[/sp]
Man this game is pretty. [t]http://i.imgur.com/bW9dooq.jpg[/t] Also, I'm really pissed about [sp]the cyberdriver mission. You get that super cool looking K2000 like car but then Sitara completely ruins it with those godawful sprays.[/sp]
[sp]I had been playing nonlethal up to that point. Emphasis on had.[/sp]
[sp] I just dumped both cops and enemy gangs on them when that happened, a big irony since I was wearing an Aiden Pearce coat [/sp]

I find it quite fascinating to just walk around the city to explore and observe the pedestrians, they are very unpredictable and varied. Everything feels so alive and real During one mission I managed to slip through a tight spot because the guards got distracted arresting a bystander that walked into a restricted area In comparison even in GTA 5 as soon as you bump into someone they drop whatever they are doing and just walk away forever

Kinda cool
I also just managed to kill myself with a crane. Twice. Those things are lethal
I know the feeling, in the [sp] $911 Side mission [/sp] i've always managed to flip over the car and plummet to my doom
[t]https://i.imgur.com/w4wZBdN.jpg[/t] art
"wooo terrorism!"
Man fuck people who disconnect just as you're about to finish hacking them, there isn't even a penalty for losing to an invader
popping a hacker in the back of the skull with the Serb, as he's running away is so satisfying.
[t]https://i.imgur.com/KQ65S3m.jpg[/t] what
Ive done it before when I didnt have creamer. I would do a bit of butter, sugar and honey. It functions somewhat similarly to milk for obvious reasons so you can use it as the base and add some extra flavors on top of it to "simulate" the flavoring of whatever creamer you wish.
[t]https://i.imgur.com/KQ65S3m.jpg[/t] what
Friend of mine found someone who eats "mayonnaise sandwiches" I imagine it's just 2 slices of bread with a entire fucking jar of mayo slabbed in between them.
My friend lost his shit when he found out you 3d print guns. He just stared in disbelief the entire time I was doing it :v:
the score is pretty lit
For those interested in the score, you can buy it from Hudson Mohawkes bleepstore. https://hudsonmohawke.bleepstores.com/release/77078-hudson-mohawke-ded-sec-watch-dogs-2-original-game-soundtrack Though the "Watch Dogs Theme" (The title for said youtube videos' song title) has a TOO HEAVY BASS than I'd like even if it is supposed to have it. Funnily enough I love the youtube recording since it doesn't make the bass too heavily frequent and overlayering the other fantastic parts of the track.
I don't think this NPC is supposed to sound like that
How do you get more selfie gestures
How do you get more selfie gestures
By doing the ScoutX things. Every like 5 you do, you get a new gesture.
My friend lost his shit when he found out you 3d print guns. He just stared in disbelief the entire time I was doing it :v:
But 3d printing guns is an actual thing, don't get why'd they'd lose their shit. Even the ingame models for the printed ones are just polymer frames with metal inserts much like how a glock or any other modern poly pistol works which is easy as shit to do.
Just finished the main story. [sp]Was kind of disappointed how it just ends with Dusan getting arrested and charged with fraud. At least the door is still open for a sequel because it's kind of implied that Blume and ctOS still exist because the final news report just says Dusan was arrested and Blume is going into full damage control mode over it[/sp]
