Hey guys, picked up a GBA recently, and wondering what games you guys would reccomend?
Games I already have are:
The Super Mario Advance Games, and Superstar Saga
Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland + Amazing Mirror
The Fire Emblem Games
Mario Vs. DK
and Metroid Fusion + Zero Mission

For the GBA I'd say:
· Wario Land 4
· Any of the Super Mario Advance
· Any of the Sonic Advance

for GB/C:
· Wario Land 1-3 and Super Mario Land 1 & 2
· Yoshi's Cookie
· Tetris and/or Tetris DX,
· Pokémon G/S/C
· Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for GBC
· Donkey Kong Country
· Super Mario Bros Deluxe
· R-Type

and for the DS:

· Super Mario 64 DS
· Bomberman DS
· Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars
· Tetris DS
· Any of the Nintendogs there are (I'd rather go for the 3DS one though)
· New Super Mario Bros (same)
· Mario Kart DS (copycat)
· Rhythm Heaven (I think you'd be better off waiting for the upcoming 3DS one)

I know there are many many more gems out there, but I am talking for my favourite games I actually own.

I don't think we're getting the new Rhythm Heaven as a quick aside. It's been out in Japan for awhile and we've heard literally nothing about it getting brought over.

It'd make no sense if they decided to keep it for themselves, we got the last two to release world-wide.

Not claiming that I understand it either but thinking they may not bring it over due to it having the GBA games on it- and stuff like the alien game requiring a lot of text

It'd be pretty dumb to not have it released worldwide, the last two games were heavily advertised and had relatively good success. No idea about how they sold, but the last two translations were very solid and I doubt they would just skip this entry. Besides, the fact that there's some GBA minigames in it is an added bonus to westerners, it means that the game has some exclusivity.

As long as we're talking GBA, I have to throw in a vote for Game & Watch Gallery 4, one of my favorite games of all time.

The port of Mortal Kombat II to the original Game Boy is pretty good. It's missing some characters but the gameplay is pretty good especially for an 8-bit fighting game.

If you see Elite Beat Agents for DS, pick it up immediatly. It is by far my favorite rhythm game.

What's so hard about localizing it? It's a rhythm game!
You just have to translate the menus and the speech bubbles in some minigames. That's it.

OK, now I really want this game to be localized. And I don't even own a Rhythm Heaven game.

Some stuff just doesn't work like the Manzai Birds in the wii version, the prime suspect this time I think is the alien translation game which has you translating phrases but there's no real way to work it into english.

Damn, I'm still pissed at Capcom for not localizing AAI2. Hell since you guys made the Ace Attorney Trilogy, how bout make a Ace Attorney Investigation 1 & 2 3DS Digital so we can have pretty much all of the Ace Attorney games (minus Apollo Justice) on the 3DS.
