Actually MGS3 runs a little better with HANS. It won't ever go higher than 24 fps (its locked to that framerate I believe) but it does perform much more consistently. Definitely noticeable in cutscenes. I'm just happy to have a portable version of MGS (without a PSP obviously :v:)

Just beat the Bravely Second demo took around 7-8 hours easily the best RPG I've played since the last 2 years

Bravely Second is a great game and if you've enjoyed the first, you're going to like this as well.
However I feel like that the story is too short though, and [sp]there is no branching path for the ending[/sp], unlike the first one.

In the Japanese version there's roughly about 3000 voice lines, in the English version there's closer to 1200. The lines removed? All the moaning and "a-ahhh" from petting. That's hilarious.
Also videos are surfacing of all the voices, a lot of them are good, large number are middleground and only a couple are bad. Then there's Dwyer who is fucking hilarious oh my lord.

Interesting, I wanted to see how they handled the "we're lovers even though we're siblings" kind of lines, and it seems that they simply don't. None of the sibling characters mention it where they did in Japanese. Wondering if that's just for the voiced lines or if the text dialog also has them suddenly stop referring to you as brother/sister the moment you rank-up support with them.

I still think her voice is a bad match, but I have to admit that awkward shyness sounds really genuine. There are some good performances in here.

The voice actors are okay to awful the problem is the director and direction being fucking dogshit, Patrick Seitz being a voice acotr knew what actors and how to direct the mduring VO sessions, this new one from the treehouse or whatever didn't even communicate with most of the cast.

Apparently the filesize for the English version is bigger than the Japanese version, though. Which is kind of bull when they didn't ADD anything to warrant that increased filesize.

At this point, people are nitpicking everything about the game without much thought.
Kinda sad really. It was even confirmed that swimsuits were in a few weeks ago. So I'd let this hate train die down on its own.
