Well it's at least much better than the first figure

That thing is horrifying.
But the Bravely 2nd figure I'd definitely buy if I was into that sort of thing.

I dont see anything particularly wrong with it
Well, I can certainly appriciate its better than the figure that came with BD, and I do like that its in the game's chibi proportions, but I personally dislike it for reasons I can't quite comprehend.
[editline]1st March 2016[/editline]
A reasons I do know is that I held contempt that it just drove up the price of the Deluxue edition when I had no interest in the figure at all. I will say I was hastey to call it terrible given its quality and the fact people who will be getting the Deluxue edition will be hard BD fans.
US says summer. guess they're just going to show off Bravely Second and Style Savvy 2/3. EU is probably only going to see a UK dubbed Yo-Kai Watch. i can't imagine that they could pad out that much content unless they swap BS and Fire Emblem fates around....does EU even have that much games that US has already had? definitely wouldn't see Star Fox Zero take up much development time if most of the localization is from voiced lines.
Predictions
Europe : US
• YK-W : Style Savvy 2
• FE:F : Bravely Second
• MOTHER 3/Star Fox Zero (Europe) : [sp]Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland[/sp]/Nintendo Selects (US)
• Monster Hunter: Airou Village DX/Monster Hunter X (Both, Airou Village would probably just be called Monster Hunter Stories: Feylyne Village. keeping the Stories label in the west to demoniate spinoffs. like Dragon Quest Monsters, or the Chocobo Series. former is probably eShop-only)
Maybe pad out the MOTHER 3 time that the US could've got with Mega Man Collection's Gold Mega Man or something. assuming they accounted for future compatibility with Mario Maker in the Wolf Link update. wouldn't even mind if they bought something like Taiko no Tatsujin over, more crossover love is always wanted, other than just Capcom picking up SEGA's yearly slack.
Announce Rhythm Heaven 3DS motherfuckers.
again, play chapter 6 on lunatic classic (this is before you get dragons gate)

One of my villagers gave me a plant furniture for helping him with a chore. He later asked for a new piece of furniture for another chore, and I gave him back the same plant, and he was super stoked about it. :v:
On another note, why is there a tax for buying a game off of the eshop? I had $7.08 left on my card and was going to buy Kirby's Adventure since it's my favorite NES game and showed as $6.99 on the shop, but with tax it came to $7.30. It's a digital purchase, cmon nintendo.
Yeah, it's pretty stupid. But you can get around it by going into the settings and changing your zip code to one in an area with no sales tax. If you're paying with a credit/debit card just make sure you enter your real zip code on the screen that comes up after inputting your card number, or the charge won't go through and the money will be held by your bank for a few days.
The area I live in has no digital sales tax though. I've bought countless things on steam without one at least. I suppose we can chalk it up to nintendo being behind the times in terms of online these days, as usual.

That odd because the state I'm in doesn't have a sales tax either and Nintendo accounted for it. Do you live in NH?

No. I live in wisconsin.
No. I live in wisconsin.
Ahh I see. I dunno how it works in Wisconsin but I think it's at least something to bring up to Nintendo's customer support, maybe they can do something.
Finished paper jam bros today. Didn't someone in this thread say that there was gonna be another crossover game like it?
So how's Museum Melee going to work? Can I get one of them Fancy Amiibo replica weapons, like Ike's Backup or something?
While everyone and their mother is announcing Nintendo leaks and rumors now, it seems Nintendo filed a patent with the OHIM (same place where the new Pokemon games got leaked), with the patent name being "Monster Hunter Generations"
http://nerdleaks.com/videogames/monster-hunter-generations-will-be-announced-by-nintendo-tomorrow-194
Could be X's name for the West, it's not certain though.
How does the wii virtual console have Super Metroid but the 3ds does not. You'd think that the virtual console games would easy enough to get working on all systems. My smartphone can emulate the snes easy enough.
Oh well fingers crossed that we'll eventually get it. And then that it would sell really well and nintendo would see that and make another metroid game. That's in 2d. With blackjack. And hookers.
you would think it would be a no brainer to put SNES games on the 3ds
you would think it would be a no brainer to put SNES games on the 3ds
"Nintendo" and "no brainer" aren't always words that go together
you would think it would be a no brainer to put SNES games on the 3ds
You would, but it's not, because it's rather quite difficult to emulate SNES.
You would, but it's not, because it's rather quite difficult to emulate SNES.
Is it, really? I remember having an SNES emulator running fine back on a PC from like 1998 or so.
even if Nintendo gets SNES on the 3DS they'll probably mess it up somehow. like either forcing people to buy it again whereas people like Sony sometimes has crossbuy for some games, even if it's just restricted to 1st party games (or by choice to the Devs themselves) probably be better than Super Mario Bros being rereleased 3 months after a new console comes out despite being up for years on the previous one. i wouldn't be surprised if they're holding console emulation for Smartphones only just so the buyerbase doesn't cross-pollinate. Nintendo knows that the 3DS is thriving, seems weird to limit DS games to only the Wii U.*
they probably know they'd make a killing from mobile gamers, was kind of hoping that when they teamed up with DeNA, that the account system would be robust to an extent that you wouldn't physically require consoles just to transfer games anymore.
Already made a Nintendo Account and linked my NNID to it, just in case they haphazardly add demand for the system by releasing something just after a Direct ends.
* Aware that technically a 3DS could play DS games, but not even using that is unusual, maybe the market is seperate. would games like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 1 really sell that well on 3DS despite having a more recent game, probably up for gaming Imports however. not like Square Enix would remake something like Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime, the reverse can be said in the US with Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Nindies are probably thriving because of the lack of physical media...step up your game Square-Enix, you could have some of the pie in Europe.
So how's Museum Melee going to work? Can I get one of them Fancy Amiibo replica weapons, like Ike's Backup or something?
It's just a million Devil Weapons heaped onto you.
looool the old 3ds isnt powerful enough to run SNES virtual console apparently
You would, but it's not, because it's rather quite difficult to emulate SNES.
I EAT MY OWN WORDS, IM A FAGGOT, SNES ON N3DS IS REAL
Ufo and Smash kirby abilities are back
this is gonna be the best kirby game

And UFO is Amiibo-Exclusive because
yeeeeee, Monster Hunter.
Also, that Kirby RPG side-game interests me more than the main game.
