It's not the first DS game released as a DSiWare on the 3DS. The Japanese Club Nintendo had Advance Wars: Days of Ruin as a 3DS reward back in 2013.
Yeah, but keep in mind that it was the only way to actually get Days of Ruin in Japan, as it was never released physically over there (though the entire Japanese text and logo was still in the US and EU releases).
I still regret buying Tomodachi Life...
I had so much fun playing Tomodachi Life. I kinda regret selling it.
I should rebuy it sometime soon.
i like and played tomodachi life more than it deserves for a virtual antfarm
Looks like Capcom wants to keep memes out of Monster Hunter Generations's localization:
"I started thinking that I don't want people picking up my games on release saying, 'I like these in-style meme references,' and then another player picking up the games four years later and thinking, 'They referenced 300 — that sucks!'"
I agree. I know I'm beating on a dead horse but the doge reference in Triforce Heroes felt dated and corny even upon release. I don't have a problem with cheeky humor in a goofy spin-off like Triforce Heroes but it would feel even weirder to see a meme referenced in Zelda Wii U.

This happened . . . ..
Why?
That example is weird to me because if I read it in that popular old scholarly voice it actually sounds natural, like if a character said it verbally I probably wouldn't even register it as a meme right away.
Like I can easily see some old dude outside a bunch of ruins trying to describe it to someone else and just using the terms like "Such ruin"

(I'm not saying it isn't a dumb meme in this case for the record, just that in some cases I could see talking like that as normal)

Which pack is it from?
Some DLC story where the Gen 1 characters all died and the kids star in it or something like that.
Some DLC story where the Gen 1 characters all died and the kids star in it or something like that.
Oh so it's [sp]Geneology?[/sp]
Oh so it's [sp]Geneology?[/sp]
Kind of, I read that the two sides are trying to kill Shigure for some reason or another (and Kana?) and that's about all I know.
Also details for the DLC on Hyrule Warriors: Legends got detailed Click Here
-Four packs: Wind Waker Master Quest, Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks, A Link Between Worlds
-All four add new fairy costumes and an adventure map
-LA pack adds a new character and a weapon for Linkle
-PH/ST pack adds a new character and a weapon for Toon Link
-ALBW pack adds 2 new characters
-Buying the season pass also gives you a Wind Waker skin for Ganondorf
-The new characters and weapons will also be available for purchase as DLC in the original Wii U version
-The DLC packs come in 3 flavors: 3DS only, Wii U only and 3DS+Wii U
-The season pass costs £13.49 / €14,99 (3DS), £8.99 / €9,99 (Wii U) or £15.29 / €16,99 (3DS+Wii U)
-A DLC pack unlocking the new characters from Legends (Linkle, Skull Kid, Tetra, Toon Link, King Daphnes and Ganondorf’s trident weapon) in the Wii U version will be available for purchase this summer for £10.79 / €11.99
so the only exclusive thing the 3ds version gets is the new campaign?
The new campaign and the new adventure maps are exclusive to the 3DS, characters and weapons as well as skins aren't.
oh and the my fairy thing
i kind of wish legends didn't exist and that they just made hyrule warriors 2 for wii u or nx
It is going to be Wind Fish, isn't it?
Also in other news, Nintendo released a statement about the side quest change in Bravely Second:
Based on feedback received after Bravely Second: End Layer's release in Japan, the development team at Square Enix, in conjunction with Silicon Studio, decided to implement a number of revisions to the game for the purpose of improving its quality and creating a more enjoyable product.
One such change affects the game's optional side quests, where players encounter a conflict between two opposing parties and choose which party to side with.
When the game was released in Japan, each side quest would end with the team lamenting the decision they made, regardless of the player's decision. This was intended to help players empathise with the characters' situation, but overwhelming feedback from players indicated that they felt an unsatisfying disconnect between their intentions and the characters' reactions. In response, these side quest endings were amended to show the party readily coming to terms with their actions in a manner that does not cause the player undue regret for their decisions.
These changes do not affect the gameplay or the course of events in the game, and were made with the intention of improving the game experience for players.
I'm thinking of getting a bigger sd card for my O3ds, what's the best one to get?
I'm thinking of getting a bigger sd card for my O3ds, what's the best one to get?
Any modern card from a reputable manufacturer really. The o3DS can't really take advantage of the high read/write speeds on modern cards. Even the n3DS only a little better. Capacity is up to you obviously. I have a 32 GB Sandisk Ultra mSD for my n3DS. 64 GB will also work as long as you format them as FAT32.
I'm thinking of getting a bigger sd card for my O3ds, what's the best one to get?
I only trust Sandisk. They have the absolute best ratings out of everyone and they are shock, water, temperature and xray proof. its a win-win.
I'm thinking of getting a bigger sd card for my O3ds, what's the best one to get?
You did ask for Best that would be samsung but the 3ds has a limit on the read/write speeds so samsung/sandisk really.
Yeah, the read/write stuff is what I was wondering the most. There's ultra this and extreme that, it's kinda confusing, along with the difference in prices.
Thanks
so is rhythm heaven the best plus just gimped versions of the actual songs?
fill-a-bots from the DS game is the 2nd stage and the one in this game has a totally different song that's a lot more generic
The original songs are still in there, there's just new versions of old songs for half of the story mode or something like that.
So I finally got to playing Bravely Default and goddamn I wish that I didn't know the story already. [sp]I just awakened the first crystal and I would have not expected awakening the crystals was a bad thing and that Airy was playing us all for fools. At least not until much later.[/sp]

Don't worry about it [sp]you find out naturally pretty early on that somethings up if that's it.[/sp]
Working at gamestop nets you a ton of streetpasses.
Going to a university nets you a ton of streetpasses.
Ironically, I get very little at my uni. I usually average maybe like 1-3 per day.
I get 5 streetpasses a month if I'm lucky
otherwise it's conventions only
I used to live in Orlando and had to go to Universal Studios every day, I'd usually get get like 30-40 street passes.
Why the fuck people are bringing their 3DSs to an amusement park I'll never know.

To get streetpasses, of course
