IIRC if an image is uploaded to imgur anonymously and doesn't get over a certain number of hits in a certain amount of time, it gets put in a cleanup queue and automatically deleted.

I think anon batch uploads are among the first targets of this generally.

i buy mine from either amazon US or ebay.
when i buy from amazon US i usually buy 3 or more to internally justify the shipping.

I must say the new 3ds is pretty fun so far. The 3d works great except for text where it sometimes doesn't blend in right. but all in all a very smooth console.

Also are there any free downloadable games like in steam or does everything cost something?

Having a tangible thing is nice if you're a collector, but otherwise, buying an overpriced physical copy when the digital one is still the same price as ever is just paying an idiot tax.

Well I could understand before Nintendo make the Nintendo ID which links your information because you were screwed completely if all your games were digital and your 3DS got lost/stolen.

Oh man that's rad, imagine if the sky changed color based on the time your 3DS is set too, and the moon would get closer but I am not too sure on why it would go back to the default distance but it would be cool.

You know what they should've done with the themes? The game in the cart slot (or the last digital game you played if there is none present) sets an appropriate system theme automatically.

It'd be something you could override or disable of course, but that'd be a really neat way to make themes more interesting.

I actually bought some 3DS themes for god knows why, the Smash Bros v.4 theme (results screen + character blocks) and the Snake Eater ones. It's nice opening my 3DS and hearing DA DUN DUN DA DAAAAAAA *snaake eaterrr*.
