Could anyone answer this for me? Apparently it adds some pretty neat stuff.

Fantasy life[...] 2: The big one- The ending is DLC. You can finish the game without it but the DLC rebalances the entire game start to finish and is about 7 USD. It gives you more perks, a new world to explore in the post game, raises the level cap, gives you special abilities and new Job ranks. (Vanilla you can become a Legend in one job, DLC you can become a God/Creator). If you plan on getting the DLC it is IMPORTANT that you get it as soon as possible. It lets your party members level up as well, something that isn't in vanilla. (They just kind of scale to somewhere around your level at best)

Holy shit. I save the last Mountain Stray Fairy by the skin of my bones. I had 17 seconds left on the clock when I played the Song of Time. Sadly, I have to redo Snowpeak but I don't to worry about the Fairy's reward now. Worst time management ever and most fuck ups I have ever done in a Zelda game.
Heh, try to do that on the Stone Tower Temple thinking that you have enough time getting the stray fairy and fighting a boss you never faced on the last day at night.
Was hoping I'd get my N3DS today but now the tracker is saying it might be delayed due to adverse weather. Goddammit I just can't seem to win.
Hey, at least you guys will be able to get it, where I live is non-existence and can;t order it online at all (especially Amazon since they don't even have it for sale, aside from the Majora's Mask one that scalpers are selling for $500+). My only chance of getting it if I'm able to go to Hong Kong and hope they have a english one (they don't have a Chinese version so they're video games are either English or Japanese)
Well, users have already found a way to get into Ikana and Snowhead early. Pretty cool glitches. How the hell did Grezzo even manage to screw up the collision for the Snowhead glitch. :v: The Snowhead glitch takes a little getting used to and when you sidejump up the wall, make sure you let go of the circle pad as you jump and it should help improve the chances of the glitch happening.
Can anyone help me with this problem? I have this pixel line on my New 3DS XL. Sometimes the line appears in blue, sometimes in red and sometimes in green. The screen actually works. They are not dead pixels. I need to fold my 3DS until those lines disappear. But I don't want to do it every single time I start a game. It also only happens ingame, rest works. Should I switch my system or send it to repair? Is it actually a production fault? Like I said, if I fold the system they disappear. And if I fold it again they reappear.

It's no where near as difficultas as I thought it'd be.

Weirdly enough, I only played the original about 4-5 times, only the last playthrough was 100% and I remembered where they were by memory on Woodfall and Snowpeak. They also kinda follow the "look everywhere with the tools you have" logic that is common in the Zelda series. Still haven't started the others since I have been doing sidequests but I know I won't remember the ones in Stone Tower. I remember that there are some where you active in Inverted and open by reverting it back to normal and vice versa. But that one in Snowpeak where you had to use the Deku Flower near the boss room was frustrating since I kept accidentally slipping off the edge trying to locate the invisible ledge and falling all the way down. I was also very tired and stressed. That damn grinning moon sprite and the clock ticking down don't help.
Nintendo has announced that the New 3DS and New 3DS XL has sold 335,000 units in the West in its first week on sale. 175,000 units were sold in the US and 160,000 units were sold in Europe. Launch sales of the new 3DS XL are also twice that of the original 3DS XL. Nintendo has now sold 50.41 million 3DS' worldwide.
http://www.vgchartz.com/article/253132/nintendo-new-3ds-sells-335000-first-week-in-the-west-the-legend-of-zelda-majoras-mask-3d-sells-570k-units/

If this is all true, the vocal minority lauding the standard model might be even smaller than previously thought.
I haven't bought any faceplate kits yet but only because all of the current ones do not interest me. I'm waiting for all the ones that have been announced to come around.
I've started playing New Leaf again, since the stable 3d makes all my old 3ds games feel new. Forgot how much I liked the music from the series and, since Adrian was doing a 100% run of the gamecube one, made this so I can always listen to the music.
Anyone got any DS game recommendations that aren't Pokemon or Mario and don't have a better sequel on the 3DS (Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, etc)?
Since I doubt the 3DS Rhythm Heaven is gonna get localized any time soon, defiantly Rhythm Heaven. I also recommend the 2 DS Zelda games, despite the amount of flak they get.
Anyone got any DS game recommendations that aren't Pokemon or Mario and don't have a better sequel on the 3DS (Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, etc)?
The World Ends with You and Dementium: The Ward are pretty good for their own reasons.
Meteos, if you can find it. It's a fun puzzle game with a unique and really satisfying core mechanic. Oh, and did I mention it's one of Masahiro Sakurai's games?

Still my favorite puzzle game, and the graphical and sound direction was fantastic.
-never mind, i fixed it- [editline]17th February 2015[/editline]
Anyone got any DS game recommendations that aren't Pokemon or Mario and don't have a better sequel on the 3DS (Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, etc)?
9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors
Anyone got any DS game recommendations that aren't Pokemon or Mario and don't have a better sequel on the 3DS (Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, etc)?
I loved Lost Magic and Lost in Blue.
I know I missed the coin talk, but I need 100 mor coins for what I want. Any suggestions?
I know I missed the coin talk, but I need 100 mor coins for what I want. Any suggestions?
go to a library or used game store (or both) and look for first-party titles, especially wii fit (worth 100 points) I literally got 600-700 points the other day doing that. I plan on going to the library this weekend and checking their cases.
I have a lot of codes from mine and my brother's games, but I have no idea what to use all those points for. There's just nothing that interests me in the 3DS rewards.

I seem to be having a problem where my c stick doesn't like to move down and to the right. Found some others too http://www.reddit.com/r/3DS/comments/2w5t0n/new_3ds_xl_cstick_problems/ http://www.nintendolife.com/forums/3ds/new_nintendo_3ds_xl_c-stick_problem http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997614-nintendo-3ds/71224389 Hopefully it will go away within the next few days. If not, I'll have to exchange it for a new one
So you guys probably know about my MM3D rant from the other day and you probably don't know that I decided to buy the game anyway and going in with a clear mind. My rant was wrong, I am enjoying this game and I haven't even gotten that far in, I am just past the very start where you get the OOT. I was talking to people and loading up my notebook, and getting some masks that I remember I could get.
What methods are there for escaping Clock Town as Deku? Gotta farm rupees boi
Flaw Number 1: You can't save by using Song of Time. I didn't like the fact you couldn't save by using SoT because of some stupid reason about it being suspenseful. Fuck that, without the save ability and just using the Owl Statues and not Feathers, it is incase. [sp]I had some trouble getting to the room with the tied up monkey, and I ended up on Day 3 because of it, then when I got to the entrance to where the giant flowers are on the way to the Woodfall Temple, I ended up on 12 hours till Midnight. By the time I got to the Owl Statue in Woodfall temple, and where you use the song that you got by the monkey, I had 5 minutes left. So I quickly got the last two chests, went back to Clocktown, banked my Rupee's and went back in time with 4 minutes left.[/sp] Flaw 2: The fact that they decreased the Speed of Goron, Deku and Zora Link. My reason, it makes it easier. Fuck that, with that ability it makes the game easier and faster to beat since you get from Point A to B quicker than in MM3D. I am so glad I picked this game up before having a solid opinion. Loving it so far.

It's 40 or 50% now as opposed to the absurdly high number from the N64 version.
