With MM3D, there is something missing. Missing from the atmosphere, I can't tell what exactly but I think it's the graphics, while they look great, it takes away creepy-ness.
yeah I felt that way with oot remake as well but maybe that's just our nostalgia getting in the way the game is otherwise fantastic
Those of you who passed MM3D...is there anything after you complete the game?

[sp]Just the Fierce Deity's Mask if you collect all 24 masks.[/sp]
Oh, and looks like they added something they intended to add in the N64 version.

[sp]And me here thinking the Hylian Loach was a pain in the ass to catch in Ocarina of Time[/sp]
MM3D has been fantastic so far. I'm in Woodfall right now. Probably would have gotten there earlier, but I was running around trying to remember all of the masks I could get before having to go to Woodfall in the first place.
Got the Bunny Hood, Bremen, Bomb and Great Fairy masks already, so that's a start.
First time I played MM, I used a guide for the mask. This time I am going to do the masks after I beat the game so I can try and defeat Majora without using the Fierce Deity.
And I also want to leave some stuff to do after I beat the game.
Snowhead Temple Down!
Goht isn't too bad, I still don't like how weak he is, every couple of hits he falls over and yeah. But still though, was fun.

First time I really played through MM, I used a guide (I was playing through all of the games and didn't want to spend a collective eon on each of them), but for this one I'm running through with no guides and just what I remember from my last run.

Yeah, I did the same thing. It was a fun Gauntlet.

Pictured: New 3DS XL on the left, and on the right, the only other DS I have ever owned. :)
Games I got were MM3D, the pictured Pokemon title (X and Y didn't seem like great games for a returning GBA veteran) and Super Mario 3D Land, although I really wanted MH4U and they were out.
I know i can buy it digitally, but I like having physical copies.
I wonder, is the New 3DS XL's D-pad supposed to be kind of loose? Does the same thing happen with the smaller model?
I still use the included SD card so I buy all my games physical except for Virtual Console, DSiWare, and two games that are only available digitally

Yeah I plan on catching up on some smaller titles digitally.

Mine's a little loose but it doesn't affect the buttons at all.
So Rodea the Sky Soldier is coming to EU/NA this Fall.

Looks like a mix between Sonic and NiGHTSs, which is unsurprising as its coming from Yuji Naka.
Satoru Iwata explains that there is a strike in one of the US West Coast ports, causing a shortage in 3DS's and Amiibo's.

OR/AS have secret base building, and that was hands down my favorite feature of third gen.

Ok, ok those are pretty cool. But after your done with OR. :v:
So what's the best way to transfer from a 3DSXL to a N3DSXL? My plan was to just have two chargers ready and do a full transfer and let it run. After that, I'll just take the microSD from the 3DSXL from the adapter and put in the N3DS. Would that be safe or would that just corrupt everything?

This is the best way to do it. Good on you for preparing by migrating to a MicroSD beforehand.
Just remember to wait until you are prompted to exchange the cards; doing it any sooner than that might cause issues.

X and Y are honestly the worst Pokemon games

Let's just never hope that one day someone will make a Pokemon MOBA.

No, vanilla Gen 3 exists. Also ORAS still kinda sucks because nothing fun happens till the post game. Then there's the horrors of Defog.
Also on Monster Hunter man I don't know why it's not clicking with me. I got absorbed by 3U on the Wii-U and I just finished the "story" (I think) and while I'm sitting here like "damn everything is basically improved and fun" it just doesn't feel as fresh I guess. I'm hoping something clicks even though I'm hours in but it ain't lookin to hot.

You might just be a tad burned out on MH, that happens, either stick with it, or go play other games, then come back like a week later.
It really is the best Monster Hunter to date though, like my Monster Hunter legacy was mainly within the PS2 and PSP versions, so coming back to this is really freaking great.

Just think how the japanese feel- they got MH4 a year ago, and MH4U is the "sequel" to it, which is basically the same game but with a bit more added. A friend of mine lamented at how shitty this is, and I can't help but agree.

isn't there already some sort of pokemon MOBA map for warcraft 3
