Considering that they didn't care that there were lost features without transfer pak support in the 64 VC versions of Mario Golf and Mario Tennis, I doubt that they would throw in the towel for Sunshine over an optional perk that never actually had an important use. The only game that really requires the pressure sensitivty of the shoulder buttons is Super Smash Bros Melee.

Though in the faker's defense, the original ran in 4:3, while the 3DS is 5:3, so some form of clipping (slicing off the top and bottom to make it fit) or expansion (extending the FoV further left and right than before) would have to happen in a remake.
It's more likely it would be clipped for widescreen rather than expanded, since the lower resolution would make objects in the scene less clear if it were expanded, and text would look awful (particularly the tiny NPC text bubbles). Clipping it would ensure the greatest pixel density and object clarity, which is of paramount importance on the 3DS.
A side effect of clipping would be the primary text bubble (used in most scenes) getting cut off at the top, but if it doesn't cut off text, it's not that big an issue; I'd go so far as to call it harmless. The other options of remaking the asset to fit (a lot of extra work just to fix something so minor) or moving the bubble down (would get in the way of the scene constantly) are a bit less likely in my opinion.

tl;dr, yeah it's pretty assuredly fake, but I don't think that one thing serves as total disproof, particularly when it seems like something they'd probably do anyway.
What DOES give it away however, is the 10-odd pixel black bars on the top and bottom of the screen, apparently the result of lazy or rushed video cropping (they cropped to 16:9 instead of 5:3, making it slightly too wide)
Are there any people who have experience with switching from 3DS XL to a N3DS (non-XL)? I really like the black N3DS model with the colored face buttons, but I don't know whether I'll be happy with its size compared to the XL. The original 3DS seems crazy small from the pictures, but as far as I understand, N3DS is noticeably bigger.

Pretty sure the N3DS will format it for you
Also make sure you're getting a microSD card and not just a regular SD card
None of the free games on Wii U or 3DS are giving me coins. I must have either done them ages ago, or they aren't working. I'm 85 coins away from platinum, but even worse is that I'm only FIVE COINS AWAY from 600, which is what I need to get the game I wanted. Someone even gave me some spare codes to get me here, but the fact that I'm only 5 coins away after their help is just...:suicide:

if you get a SD card larger than 32GB it needs special formatting done with a computer, a wiiu or 3DS will just reject the card or say it's not usable otherwise.
