I legit haven't been mind blown by a game in a long time, if anyone who has played and beaten PW vs PL will know what i'm talking about.
thought the only remnants was Next Level Games having art. but was forced to work on Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon.
That looks rather ugly... I know that it's just concept art but still...eugh I'd love a classic 2d metroid, like A Link between worlds, a return to the roots of the franchise.
That looks rather ugly... I know that it's just concept art but still...eugh
IIRC it's their interpretation of the original NES sprite, based solely on the limited detail possible with spritework, and the exaggerations it can sometimes cause. In that way it's a novel attempt, but it's still a little weird, yeah.

Because spoiler alert, that armour looked terrible.
RIP in piss Club Nintendo. Your platinum rewards shall not go in vain. If only I could access your fucking site. [sp]It's snowing on Mt. Fuji[/sp]
i didn't get my 13 platinum rewards :( [sp]because they banned all my families with 8 wii minis :/[/sp]
This world is truly unfair :x
i didn't get my 13 platinum rewards :( [sp]because they banned all my families with 8 wii minis :/[/sp]
You cheated the system by registering more than one Wii mini. Banned for a good reason because a lot of people used this also got banned
I legit haven't been mind blown by a game in a long time, if anyone who has played and beaten PW vs PL will know what i'm talking about.
I don't feel it's really earned though. There's a big final plot twist but it's so left field and handled so poorly. Hell I actually got legit frustrated that the ending wouldn't shut up and just end because the game kept going on and on and digging itself deeper and deeper. [sp]Ah yes, perfect black. Everyone was just mind controlled to not see black! Even though Layton and PW never drank a drop of water etc.[/sp]
One more fucking week. One more fucking week until I can finally play Xenoblade through legit methods. ONE MORE FUCKING WEEK. Any suggestions?
One more fucking week. One more fucking week until I can finally play Xenoblade through legit methods. ONE MORE FUCKING WEEK. Any suggestions?
Obtain a Shulk amiibo through illegal methods.
Woo, Xenoblade get.
I'm gonna send my 3ds in for repairs on wednesday so that I can play all these games I got sitting on the back log. Gotta finish my reverse order majoras mask run, gotta finish my 100% shantae run and I gotta play monster hunter that has been sitting untouched since 14th of feb. Also want to get Xenoblade. [editline]4th April 2015[/editline] bought my little brother a majoras mask new 3dsxl, he never gets excited about things and this was no exception he was just like "oh cool thanks"
So far Xenoblade is doing something with its voice acting that I really wish more games did: The text crawl doesn't outpace the voice acting, and everybody talks pretty quickly so far. So there's no skipping over huge chunks of dialogue because people talk too slow and I can read quickly.
There are way, way too many sidequests in this game, judging by the starter town. You'd have to be insane to do all of these.
There are way, way too many sidequests in this game, judging by the starter town. For people who have played both the Wii and the 3DS versions, which would you say is the better experiance? I can see the very obvious visual downgrade in the 3DS version, but I am extremely drawn to the handheld aspect. Is there any additional content? And is framerate an issue at all? I remember in the reveal trailer that during a battle it looked as if it slowed down to something like 15FPS.
Hoe are Xenoblade 3D's graphics? I've heard they're a bit of a downgrade. [editline]4th April 2015[/editline] *how
I haven't played any of them, but I am pretty sure the Wii version is still the superior version. Xenoblade 3DS is nice to have if you like to take it with you I guess, but that's about it.
And it's even possible to find a copy that doesn't cost 200+ eu

Xenoblade 3DS is nice to have if you like to take it with you I guess, but that's about it. [editline]4th April 2015[/editline] They are downgraded quite a lot, but I think they did a good job nonetheless with the port considering the hardware differences to New 3DS and Wii.
The graphics look good, apart from the picture of Dunban, Dickson and Mumkar. Pacman is made from more pixels than Dickson
Hoe are Xenoblade 3D's graphics? I've heard they're a bit of a downgrade. [editline]4th April 2015[/editline] *how
Slight downgrade, but from the reviews I hear its a damn good port- the only thing really lost from the downgrade is resolution, everything else is about the same.
Should I get Mario golf, Mario Party, or Yoshi's new island. They all seem to have only decent reviews. I'm leaning towards golf, how fun is it?
Mario Golf They screwed the other two pretty hard
Should I get Mario golf, Mario Party, or Yoshi's new island. They all seem to have only decent reviews. If it has to be a platformer try Kirby Triple Deluxe or Donkey Kong Returns 3D Out of those three get Mario Golf.
Managed to get a Majora's Mask N3DS from work today [t]http://i.imgur.com/IlDZYq0.png[/t]
Heyo, why is it that the diagonal lines on the top of the nXL are so much more visible in pictures than they are with my eyes? I have to squint to see them but they look so obvious whenever I see a picture. On the plain color versions, that is. I know the MM one doesn't have the lines.
So I was just swimming around near the Ikana Canyon (in Majora's Mask), and I warped to the Southern Swamp. Since I haven't been there yet in this cycle, the cutscene of the witch flying into the forest played so I didn't see myself falling from the waterfall. Confused by not seeing a way back I could almost swear I accidentally wrong-warped.
Does anyone know if it's possible to voice spam in Mario Golf like you could in the N64 version? This is very critical.
Isabelle is so fucking adorable in New Leaf. I finally understand why Nintendo is shoehorning her into every new game, she's fantastic. [sp]romance pls.[/sp]
A quick question: so i bought a new 3DS. I have sold my original 3DS XL on Amazon. I would like to format the old 3DS and receive the payment before I open the new 3DS. Would I still be able to log in to the eShop and link my Nintendo ID without my old 3DS? I don't have any apps to transfer.
