Can I play as Box Girl? It doesn't appear as a costume in the shop.

I think you can get stuff like a ponytail but not just a tiny ribbon.
Does anyone know how much I lose if I don't system transfer my old 3DS stuff to a new 3DS if I buy one? I was considering trading in my current 3DS for a new model and if Gamestop won't let me do the transfer there then I was planning on not even bothering. I don't have THAT much to lose, besides Fire Emblem: Awakening, mostly, but I thought that was the point of the NNID. Is it still not an account system? Will I have to make a brand new NNID despite using the same one for my 3DS and Wii U? I can't really find a straight answer anywhere.

You should be able to download titles you've purchased digitally via the store on your account. My account had let me do that on my old broken 3DS, so it should work equally for yours.

How is OutRun 3D?
I've never played any version of it, but from what I've heard, the music is pretty good.

Music is good, gameplay is great and it runs at 60 FPS as opposed to the 30 FPS Arcade version.

you're basically trying to race the clock and get to the next checkpoint before the timer runs out, and before each checkpoint there is a split path that will let you choose the next setting.

Does anyone know how to get CitraAGB to work on Ninjhax 2.0? I got the bios from a GBA but it still doesn't run.
yep I did it, bought Cubic Ninja for $60.
Fuck region lock, my 3DS is a paperweight right now.
So there's a program for ninjhax that lets you set your playcoins to 300 at any time
Needless to say I caught up a bit on my streetpass puzzles

Just let the battery die. It will probably fix itself.
It fixed itself, it seems.
But now after a few seconds of starting any game, it goes into a black "an error has occurred" screen.
used gamestop's current trade in deal (100$ credit towards a new 3ds) and traded in my 3ds XL for a new 3ds XL.
prob going to pick up Xenoblade later in the week.

My 3ds xl does that sometimes. I usually just force restart it and then leave it alone for a couple hours. Although it is not a new 3ds xl so I can't say this is the same event.

So Tomodachi Life is getting a Dutch version in October, I wonder if that means there are gonna be Russian and Portugese versions too, because those 3 are the extra languages that get their own versions of Nintendo first-party titles these days.
Kinda wish Nintendo gave updates to New Leaf with some of the abilities from Happy Home Designer.

I really doubt they would add that to NL, if anything that'll be a feature in the next Animal Crossing.
You know what should be in the next AC game? A sewing machine that you can get from the able sisters (maybe after you spend a certain amount on pro designs at their store) that allows you to make pro designs at all times.
(I wanted to make some pretty pretty dresses but it was 5am :disappoint:)
