I actually had an interesting thought yesterday:
we already have an A-team (Hoxton, CHains, Wolf and Dallas).
But as we are now a Payday crime syndicate, what is a canonical B-team? Dragan, Clover, Wick and Houston?
Jacket 4 lyfe, but not canonically.
A Team: Dallas, Wolf, Chains, Hox
B Team: Houston, Clover, Dragan, Bonnie
C Team: Sokol, Rust, Sydney, Jiro
P(romo) Team: Jacket, Wick, Bodhi, Jimmy
That's how I see it, at least.

I actually really like that B-team combination. I'm not sure why, I can just imagine them all working together well.

you dont know stop acting like you do
listen to the guy who hasn't been downed 8 times and doesn't eat med kits at full health you DOLT
So, any guides or something for someone who hasn't played this game in almost a year? Like about after The Diamond was released.
More than 8 hours played this week and still no sign of the new safe.
I guess Overkill doesn't want me to have it.
Not sure how the safe drop works now.
2 of my 3 accounts have got the safe drop.
The 2 that got the safe got them like this.
4 hours played \ 1800+ hours total, got safe on 1st heist.
10 hours played \ 100 hours total, got safe at heist after that.
However my 3rd account is at 13.3 hours (for both played and total) but no safe drop, however that account has the market place lock on it, since it did not have a store purchase on it within the last year. So I don't know if that is locking the safe drop out.

I feel Houston, Bonnie Jiro and John Wick are a speciAl team all on their own and they can be the "I routinely forget these characters are in the game"
Also promo team is The Complete Overshills and I wont hear another word about it
People seem really negative I forget they're in the game because no one plays jiro or Houston or Bonnie

need to get rid of all those weird options after the url m8
oh i intentionally rotated it lol
anyone else try frenzy with maniac? so much damage reduction its silly. although anarchist would probably work too, don't have Sydney.
I can't quite figure out how to make Maniac work
With armor I miss Muscle way too much and with dodge I find the damage you take isn't as much as the damage reduction
It seems like it makes sense with dodge since its all about fast paced insanity
Advice?

Maniac is all about dishing high damage and being able to maintain your Hysteria stacks.
It doesn't really matter if you use heavy armor, or run a dodge build. In my experience, it's mostly about your weapon/skill choice.
I would recommend weapons with high fire rates and large magazines (if possible) so that you can put out as much damage as possible without having to reload. Primaries like the Clarion, LMGs, Akimbo SMGs, and full-auto shotguns like the Saiga-12/Stakeout are great for this.
In order to eliminate reloads I recommend skills like Lock N' Load in the Oppressor tree for Assault Rifles, LMGs, and SMGs, and skills like Shotgun CQB, Close By, and Overkill basic for shotguns. These skills will allow you to reload your magazine-fed shotguns much faster, give them larger magazines, make them fire slightly faster, and give them a very large DPS boost.
Universally I would grab skills like Surefire in order to increase the magazine size on SMGs, LMGs, and Assault Rifles, and so that you can pierce body armor. Body Expertise, and Bloodthirst Aced so that you can drop an enemy quickly and be able to reload weapons like the Minigun, Flamethrower, or either of the grenade launchers if you so choose to use those. Frenzy is something I would hesitantly recommend, but as long as you can keep your Hysteria stacks up and grab a skill like Bullseye, while also maintaining your armor, it should pretty much be a free DPS boost...like you'd really need it at this point.
For a deployable I would recommend First Aid Kits, to be entirely honest with you. If you're looking for more ammo efficient options then the Valkyria with Low Blow and Silent Killer might be what you're looking for.
I hope this (fairly lengthy) post helps.

I also heavily recommend HVT aced, 50% increased damage beyond 10m against specials for double duration and autospot are fucking great.
Anyone know how to force escapes? Me and some friends have spent the last week and several fucking hours trying to get garage escape and it never ever comes up.
Anyone know how to force escapes? Me and some friends have spent the last week and several fucking hours trying to get garage escape and it never ever comes up.
In my experience garage escape occurs most often after Rats day 1, if you escape during an assault wave.
In my experience garage escape occurs most often after Rats day 1, if you escape during an assault wave.
The problem with that is that you can only make 7 bags of meth on Rats day one, we need the achievement where you move 8.
Unless you mean after finishing day 2.
Anyone know how to force escapes? Me and some friends have spent the last week and several fucking hours trying to get garage escape and it never ever comes up.
I assume you're trying to get that horrible achievement.
The only heists that have Garage escape are Transport: Harbor, Nightclub, and Rats, but the quickest option is Transport. Shoot the civs to increase the chance of an escape, then try and open the transports quickly and hope you get 8 bags out of it. If you don't get the escape just restart.

The Long Guide goes into more detail about escapes and how to trigger them. When I was trying to get the garage escape I went Harbor and killed about three or four civilians. Note that your escape needs to be van; of the boat comes, it won't work.
How can I extract all of Jacket's voicelines using the PD2 Bundle Modder? I don't really want to extract all of the games assets and then search for Jacket.
