Prior to re-installing, I couldn't join any games and would be stuck at the Loading screen, even when trying to load the safehouse. I tried one of the fixes on the Steam forums and what seemed to work was going to the 'assets' folder in the PD2 folder and deleting all the bundles that were less than 1 MB large and validating game files. Perhaps try that and see if you're able to launch, if you haven't already.

Oh, here's the issue you guys are having: Your save files have non existant items from the mods. Only cure is wiping your saves locally and on the cloud, or somehow identifying the busted item and removing it via a text editor

USually getting the mod that adds the nonexisting mods back in so you can get in the game, and removing them and then saving, and then removing the mods will fix that.

Many people had the same problem and reported it way too many times that someone on the Steam forum made a script that removes your weapons on launch, I think it was Seven who made that script.

I play Bodhi because he's the most hated for some reason. Fun to play a Saigadozer style build with him and just completely own ass.

I feel weird for genuinely enjoying playing Bodhi. He's just so fucking cheesy, and I really like his voice when he's killing specials. If I'm not Bodhi I'm usually either Houston, Jimmy or Rust, so I guess I'm just eccentric or something.

Bodhi is unacceptable I installed the mod to block certain characters from being bots just so I don't have to hear his awful voice ever again
