I haven't looked at the code but shouldn't something like "self.hk21.CLIP_AMMO_MAX = 1" should work? I think it can be hooked to "lib/tweak_data/weapontweakdata"

Is this a bug in the game or a mod that's causing that? Any idea? Things like Shuriken, Cards, Axes and Aftershock's Safes are also doing the same. They just appear over walls for some reason.

If you are using Goonmod's weapon textures try removing "GoonModWeaponCustomizer" folder on mod_overrides and see if it keeps happening.
