Probably because it's completely unnecessary given how imprecise mocap will get for fine detail. It's much more practical to handkey it all. And it generally looks better.

I wish scopes functioned like they used to. I'd kill for a mod that does it. Ever since they made the scope sway real, they honestly kinda ruined the whole purpose of choosing a scope. You're ironically better off just using hipfire if you have 100 accuracy, or a sight that isn't a scope. You'd think scopes would aid in accuracy being tools that can assist in better precision, but not in Payday 2, not anymore.
It's just ridiculous how long you have to wait for certain weapons to settle after your shot so the next one doesn't land behind you. And yes, I've seen my shots somehow land behind me, to my sides, or above me because of the scope sway throwing off shots if you don't wait for it to settle can actually send them way off screen.

Most of the time using ARs or SMGs I'd just turn on laser and hipfire. The only time I'd use the scope is with the LMGs, since they're quite inaccurate and unstable while hipfiring.
I think new skills are pretty fucking cool because pretty much everyone is either FugMind or Techforce and it may be cool to actually get some variety

well, something that's interesting is that the techforcer thing pretty much is just now enforcer? tech got buffs, but is no longer associated with armor. which is weird in terms of perk decks because now enforcers have a choice between muscle and armorer (or whatever else I guess) and tech just goes with... what, now? armorer?
tech is now almost purely equipment based and I suppose that's fine but I was still hoping for something that'd make everyone want a little something in tech. it's sort of treated like every other game that deals with support classes. not a lot of people like to play 'em because they're boring or poorly handled, or alternatives are more exciting. there's basically still going to be "drill/tech bitches" even though the cost to entry is pretty low on whatever that tree is called. even still, i'm willing to bet that the other skills will get the majority of points.
actually would like to hear about the people that are interested in that tree that deals with LMG, SMG and AR accuracy at the high ends. is that interesting to you people? I don't use any of those now (used to use SMG a bit not too long ago, ditched it because of ammo consumption rates vs. shotguns) so I don't know if I can speak well enough on it.
also if it's not clear tech/support classes are my babies, so what do you think about tech now

The paintings are actually unfinished, you have to collect paint cans around the gallery and finish them. If you want to draw more, you can signal Bile to airdrop more paint cans.
The fun part is when you have to hold down action button for 3 minutes to draw, under intense gunfights, and flashbangs.
