Shotguns are almost sniper rifles again. The double barrel shotguns with the ADS bonus can nearly pick off any shield. Add Overkill bonus and it shreds again like it used to. Too bad frag rounds eat up too much accuracy to be useful still.
Fully leveled turrets, while not being fully implemented yet, are very good now and especially with AP rounds that wreck armor cops and shields. Also you don't need to babysit them incase a shield or a dozer shows up.
Some of these changes are all over the place
I miss my SMG RoF bonus and reload bonus, but now it's easier to make a silent crits build.
Gun Nut aced doesn't work and Endurance miss the run&reload bonus.
Can anyone else not spend there very last point?
Beta skills are fun. I made a CritDodge Crook build using shotguns and hipfire and it was great. Sprinting around in Eight directions dodging all the damage and oneshotting everything with hipfire shotguns. Downsides were ammo usage and enclosed spaces.
Anybody else using the melee overhaul extras crashing in the beta? Just want to make sure I'm not the only one.

As described on previous blog posts skill points were reduced to only give a certain amount of points + 4 from infamy, instead of 25% tier reduction. It works as intended but the visual for how many points and the infamy skill itself isn't displaying right.
What happened to the Krinkov anyways? I'm less than halfway levelled on a new infamy and it can provide me around 3 concealment instead of like, 7. Also, what's a good perk deck, I kept using Rogue and Grinder, but now? Not sure.
Well this is lame, I have the max 6 sentries but it won't even let me place a third. I hope that the ability to pick them up and replace them is added soon as well.
I want my goddamn SMG reload speed back. I'm pissed off there's no C4 skills, too.

Not sure.[/QUOTE] Seems like something good happened, because I can now achieve 100 stability and 100 accuracy with it under the right circumstances. Last weapon I had that could do that was the Crosskill, and that got kinda nerfed when they tanked the ROF of all the pistols in the game. I'm not too thrilled about the aced version of Transporter. Doesn't seem very appealing. I still think they should take my idea for what Transporter aced should be, since it was said they wouldn't be able to allow us to hold two bags. We should instead be able to sprint with all loot for up to 4x the stamina cost depending on the weight of the item. That still doesn't work? Make the aced version reduce the bag-pickup cooldown so you can pick up another bag sooner.

I also do have melee overhaul extras, which could be why I'm crashing, but on another page, a friend of mine has that mod too and his game seems fine. Managed to put together a pretty solid jack-of-all-trades build. Specced Sharpshooter to get Aggressive Reload basic, and Opressor to get Fast Fire basic. If I had my SMG reload speed, I'd be golden.

Considering it's preferable to be out fighting than stay for a few extra deposit boxes on most public servers, I still imagine the frequency of a saw user will be a bit low. But at least now if you've got an actual team to work with, you don't need to ask one of them have a build solely dedicated to saw anymore, so I guess there is the real benefit if you're lucky enough to have some friends to play with regularly.
Welp add another one of Overkills kind of funny bugs to the Skill tree beta. [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/276219973942067986/385991C413B23B87FB95E273254569D70890F427/[/t] If you have Fast Fire from the Technician tree (the skill that gives +15 mag size to LMG) it seems to also work on the light crossbow. So you have a mag size of 16 on the light crossbow rather than 1. You can't rapid fire with it, as it still has the same cooldown as it would have if it was reloading, it just does not show the reload animation, until you fire a shot or 2 and reload it yourself.
So, the skill that adds knockback to your shots (20% basic, 60% aced), it works on cloakers and [b]dozers[/b]. It's so fucking ridiculous and OP. And pistols get a 20 flat damage buff from skills. Jesus ass.
So it turns out I wasn't able to place more than two sentries because I didn't have enough ammo and you actually are able to pick them up :v:

If you read the posts leading up to these they said that they were removing 5 skill points and changing infamy tier to just +1 for a total of 4 skill points. 119 is the new cap. They just didn't update the visual parts, not even the skill description on infamy was updated
Currently running this build with HBV/Ex-Prez. Works like a dream. Beautifully rounded between defense and mobility.
i really like the brawler tree, with the katana it ends up that you can one-hit most units without the need to even charge your melee (even on dw)
