Is the skill that doubles a pistol's RoF broken? Doesn't seem like it's working.

atm it's either broken and not working or pistols have their RoF capped for whatever reason. I've noticed most of them don't seem to go above 361 fire rate, with a few getting slightly higher.

Balance was broken pre-crimefest. Guns that were better in every way than others ? Plentiful.
In balance post-crimefest, every single weapon can be used pretty effectively and there are nearly none that are 100% better than others.
The way it is right now is more than fine.

I honestly like the sound of this. The ability to dominate cops was in dire need of a buff.
I always take the mastermind as one half of my skill tree and ive found dominating/converting cops is borderline useless (any skills related to maintaing control of a cop for any length of time are even more laughably useless) when playing with pubs .
Every game I would spend the entire assault wave shouting [b] ARMS OUTSTRETCHED[/B] at cops, finally get a dude on my side, and then have every moron in the game walk over and shoot the cop with the pretty blue line around him. Yeah that stat boost while I have a converted enemy is really paying for itself.
Even worse is when you get some idiot who goes around executing all the cuffed cops, Gets in custody ,and then closes the lobby when you don't have anyone to trade for them.
They either need to keep it like this where you can sneeze at cops and have them join you, or just make them completely immune to friendly fire. Because otherwise it just feels like wasted skill points.

It's because the effect is additive which results in the skill effect barely making a difference, especially now that they've lowered pistol RoFs.

The problem now is that you can just turn DW into a complete cakewalk with the new "balance".
Passive Regen, knocking over Bulldozers, further nerfing enemy shields by letting us knock them over with bullets, high damage, 6 buffed sentries, high base stat weapons and a whole lot of other shitter bait.

If we could still see the eyes and the nose I think it'd look nicer.
A dev responded to my report of the pistol fire rate not increasing, so that should be fixed soon enough

The best bit is that the black parts on the nose and mouth are just dark bits of the texture. If you customize is they become a darker shade of whatever the material is.
Just opted into the beta, hoo boy the Domination, Joker and Knockdown shenanigans are really something else.
Having the ability to have 6 sentries (buffed ones at that) is also incredibly cheesy.

Probably just that if the game really is as flawed as he's making out, maybe it's not worth playing?
Mods are mods but if you really consider the current state of the weapon balance 'intrinsically unfun' I doubt any number of rebalance mods are going to fix the game for you.

According to my friend he didn't see it happen on his end
I managed to keep winters stun locked with a shotgun for several minutes trying to push him into the underground area in HM. Ultimately I failed.

Hmm, the Repeater 1874 not working with Aggressive Reload isn't on there.
Am I the only one with that issue? Or do other people have that same problem? I'm hoping it's not a mod, because I don't know what it could be, since I don't have any mods that alter weapons.

Maybe it pierce the armor and nothing else.
Another update for the beta just went out:

Heavy Impact got nerfed, bummer, but it needed it. 20% is still pretty high for automatic weapons.
What do you guys think of Body Expertise?
What I really freaking hope they do is make Aced Fully Loaded stack with Walk-In Closet.
Can anyone explain me what the harm would be?
