I was saying that I want more characters like Clover. When I said that, it was pretty much implied that she was out of the question about a "pretty standard looking lady character". I just more characters that look normal and not like some gimmick goof like Bonnie and Sydney.

Jimmy had the dumbest hairstyle, wackiest gimmick and most unprofessional, likely-to-get-him-caught-outfit possible and nobody was shitting the bed when he was released.
I mean this guy is off his fucking nut on coke, his nose is constantly bleeding profusely enough that he's managed to get it all down himself, and you are worried that a blue mohawk is going to be too inconspicuous and land the gang in prison lmao.

While i wouldn't go so far as to call it "tumblr hair" myself, i don't find the characters having unique hair styles bad, its just that some of them look really goofy.
I can live with unique hairstyles provided they are decently grounded, and not super ridiculous for a bunch of robbers that walk around without their masks before going loud and shooting up a bank.
Like, the white dude with a messed up suit covered in blood an cocaine with a huge afro and cocaine smears all over his face totally isn't going to attract some attention just walking into a bank or anything.[sp]seriously though, as cool and unique as jimmy is, he's fucking silly looking and i would have preferred the sane jimmy from the trailer that shoots himself.[/sp]
Like how i mentioned before in my earlier post, how Bonnie looked fine in her preview image where she had a regular hair cut, only for her to finally come in game and have that goofy Jim Sterling styled cut. "Ugly" is a very poor choice of wording on my part when i described Clover earlier, as she looks fine, its just that faces in payday always look kinda wonky from how they don't have flexes, and they are generally kinda low poly because they're hidden about 80% of the time.
Syndey's mohawk as it is is fine, i think it looks nice even, its just the the super weird sideburns and the dye color that make me second guess it. As that would be an incredibly obvious "unique detail" that witnesses could report about suspicious people around the bank before it got robbed, much like Her and Jiro's exposed tattoos, especially Sydney's since she literally has her mask tattooed on her arm. There is also of course Jimmy being covered in cocaine and blood, or Jacket and Sydney leaving prints everywhere because they don't have their fingers covered.
I'll inevitably get over it eventually like i do every-time something i don't like comes out, but i feel like i should at least explain why i dislike something in-case Overkill is reading and wants some feedback.
If we're talking about Jimmy, then all I have to say is this.

When I first saw her I kinda didn't like the hair. But thinking about it, I think I could really get used to it.
Guys, I figured out why they gave Sydney that hairstyle:

One thing I noticed from the safehouse FAQ was they mentioned the yakuza pack would have an effect on your available customisations. I hope this means each character has a set of items and decorations themed around them.
Obviously if that's the case, im just going to fill mine with Jacket's stuff.
I hope there's an option for tied up cloakers instead of target's on the firing range.

Believe me, a lot of the detail in the original sculpts are lost when turned into low-poly for the game. If I had the original sculpts at hand I could give you some shots, but I'm in Austin right now :v:
