Well, when the factions are back up, my in-game name is Vurucore.
Also, add me to the Facepunch Group: DaemonWhite

Well, when the factions are back up, my in-game name is Vurucore.
I'll see if the server returns before i go to bed, but i can't add offline people
These races drive me batshit. So much as one tip from behind, bumping an object on the side of the road, going off the side of the road or even hitting slight bumps IN the road send you out of control and unable to recover half the time.
My IGN is FhexSans, I want in on the faction action

Also, I don't recommend using the gas all the time, it may be a race, but you need to be smart about it because of the game's physics. Lay off the gas, and coast along, or even use the brakes at times. Worst-case scenario: Hit the E-Brakes,, brakes, and turn in the opposite direction to slow down as fast as you can to get back on track much faster.

I try to not go fullspeed and just cruise along, but then a race gives me a car that can reach 80 mph in a couple seconds. .. On a snowy mountain. Where so much as veering off the road at all and trying to turn suddenly makes you do donuts because of utterly nonexistent traction.

Best thing I can say is keep racing, and find your groove in those races. I usually end up within the top 5.
You know you can hold boost and still keep top speed for forever and even legit fly through the sky.
Me and 2 people bought Tuk-Tuk's and went 400 through one of the cities by abusing boost. Everyone was flipping shit.
OH MY GOD THIS BOOST!
You know you can hold boost and still keep top speed for forever and even legit fly through the sky.
What's the boost key?

Did the faction server ever go back up?
Did the faction server ever go back up?
Not yet, I guess they're still working on it
Is there any way to send dosh to people? I have like 8k from racing, but my friend suck at driving and are always the "fly off the edge of the cliff" setpeice people. Then they can finally buy a playermodel.
Ah damn what happened to the faction?
They say landing is the hardest part of sailing.
Is the game worth it just for MP? I 100%'d singleplayer a long time ago, and might buy it on this account so I can do the multiplayer.

The Winstons Amen is the best flying boat. [T]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/597010219728473160/B7E083F0FB30DF684442B6816DEDE9D73D706504/[/T] [T]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/597010219728477157/FA6FAD22EE3BED8EAC2092DC3B254262BD167A58/[/T]
flying boats have made my day.
Since we're on the topic of flying boats: [t]http://i.imgbox.com/adugHtMh.png[/t]
I find this pretty boring, cause everytime you go near people they start killing you, and there's no point in being alone because then you could just play singleplayer.
connecting cars to a garbage truck + boost turns it into a wrecking ball of pure destruction. More chaos if you can get multiple cars connected to it (if grapple hooks on cars actually have effect on the server and it not being just clientside)
I found a barge parked near Panau International Airport and boosted straight for the main airport terminal. Made it all the way to the desert before it gave out.
Does the server in this game not resend hit packets if the client fails to acknowledge them? I notice people who are dropping packets like it's the 90s also tend to be very hard to kill.
