Despite the crashes, this is very cool, jet strafing grouped players fighting it out.
It seems to favour people with 56k dial up though, scoring direct hits they take 0 damage.
So I finally installed the game, tried to launch it and got a Direct X error. Also the mp mod starts and shows me a black screen.
Edit: made it work.

Yeah, it's a bit finicky if you have multiple graphics cards.

Seems to be related to [url=http://steamdb.info/changelist/359229/]this Steam changelist[/url] that removed the [url=http://steamdb.info/app/8190/#section_subs]Just Cause 2 app[/url] from a number of JC2 related packages, replacing it with [url=http://steamdb.info/app/271750/]this app[/url].
This does not seem to be intended and I have poked Valve about this.
Can one of you do [url=http://lab.xpaw.ru/license-parser.html]this[/url] and show me through what package you own JC2? This (might) track down the problem.

Yep, weird that I still own it.
For now, all I can do is recommend everyone with this issue to close down Steam, go to %Steam Folder/appcache/, delete appinfo.vdf and packageinfo.vdf and restart Steam.
Let me know if this fixes the issue.

There are some good chill servers out there. Like CamJGaming or whatever his name is has a nice server.
But yeah, even then, it is mostly people blowing the airport to hell.

Why cant I put the game on fullscreen? When I select the option if minimizes itself and can't play.
