noscoping your xcom operative's mom, thereby instakilling him by proxy.
you mean like, shooting into the past?
Half of my hype for xcom 2 is getting to watch beagle make an ironman impossible series again.
Did he ever complete one for his youtube channel? Seems like every time he tried, he stopped making videos for a while then came back with a fresh start.
Did he ever complete one for his youtube channel? Seems like every time he tried, he stopped making videos for a while then came back with a fresh start.
He just moved to live and impossible because it was easier to make I think.
I'm in my first classic run right now. Actually going really well. First time I'm using MECs since my first EW play and the first time I'm using psionics outside of the volunteer. I cant believe I ignores these parts of the game. We have all firestorms and colonels, each of my psi soldiers is max rank. We're effectively unstoppable.
http://www.nuuvem.com/item/xcom-2-digital-deluxe-edition 30 USD if anybody is looking to buy it.
http://www.nuuvem.com/item/xcom-2-digital-deluxe-edition 30 USD if anybody is looking to buy it.
is that site cool? IE has anyone used it and not had their funds sucked out from under them?
It's legit. You just need a Brazilian vpn to buy anything.
It's legit. You just need a Brazilian vpn to buy anything.
I just tried it and it wouldn't let me. Used a Brazilian vpn. Gives me this when I try to process it in paypal. "Operation canceled . At least one product in your cart is not available for purchase in your region."
They might be cracking down on vpn's and stuff.
They might be cracking down on vpn's and stuff.
Damn. That's a great deal as well. If anyone else has managed to get through it then please post. It might just be me missing somthing. Did you use paypal thejoker?
I tried buying Siege on Nuuvem with a VPN and couldn't get it to work either. Apparently it checks your billing address on PayPal, so you need a Brazilian address to actually buy things on Nuuvem using a VPN.
G2A is offering a pre-order at almost the same price. Use that site instead.
G2A is offering a pre-order at almost the same price. Use that site instead.
Really? Cause when I try and buy from G2A. After they add that 20% VAT for the UK, it comes out to like £30, £25 before VAT. Works out to £20 via Nuveem.
G2A is offering a pre-order at almost the same price. Use that site instead.
Lol. I'd rather not do any business with that site at all.

I completely forgot about that. Sorry if I brought your hopes up :( [editline]16th December 2015[/editline]
Lol. I'd rather not do any business with that site at all.
And why is that?
Wasn't G2A the site that sold a load of stolen Russian keys for Sniper Elite 3, which were revoked by the publisher after the game came out, causing a ton of people to lose their money?
Yeah. Same with Ubisoft too I think.
I've purchased loads of stuff from G2A and never had any issues. I actually got Enemy Unknown for $5 from them and it works perfectly. Granted this is just an isolated experience but it's my 2 cents
There was also some problems with Devolver Digital games.
Finally, after nearly 500 hours... [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/395553315324326863/F39E751816D103F4A6F4F61D670738BB10AC3E6A/[/t] In other news, just found out that this shitty gt 240 graphics card in my machine is far below the minimum requirements for XCOM 2, meaning I probably won't be able to play it at launch.
I am extremely excited to play Xcom2, playing the underdog is quite appealing.
Blimming heck, I was not prepped for the thin men in Classic, they pretty much destroy anything they hit.
Speaking of Thin Men. I've been playing Impossible difficulty on Ironman mode, and been incredibly tired while doing so, and I accidentally called the Thin Men for Thin Mints and since then I've never stopped giggling at it. It's my new canon. :v:
Blimming heck, I was not prepped for the thin men in Classic, they pretty much destroy anything they hit.
You basically just don't let them shoot, ever. Use explosives if they survive your bullets, or break line of sight if killing them isn't an option. They only appear in council missions really early game though, so you can also pretty much avoid them if you just ignore the council missions.

So according to the Firaxis XCOM 2 Blacksite Twitch stream (which you can find here: http://www.twitch.tv/firaxisgames), soldier voices actually will tie into their given attitudes. I know it's not a major gameplay feature but holy shit I love how much attention Firaxis are paying to little details like that. We also see fall damage in action when Garth blows up the roof that an Advent trooper's hiding on.

I just downloaded them and uploaded to youtube so anybody can listen to it whenever. Here's the base music: The battle prep music: And one that I'm not 100% sure of: This last track sounds different from the battle tracks as far as I can tell. It kind of reminds me of the XCOM EU interceptor music. Maybe it plays during some kind of similar sequence when you're trying to escape from a hunting UFO?
If you guys don't want to deal with Kinguin and Nuuvem.. There's a french site that's selling the DDE for like $56 USD https://fr.gamesplanet.com/game/xcom-2-digital-deluxe-edition-steam-key--2896-2
