Ok so here you go folks, the [URL="https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9DX0UcHIkSTdHdwWGRXR2daaEU"]Facepunch Longwar Rework[/URL]. Make sure you are on Beta 15F when you try this. To install, just merge the XEW folder inside with your own XEW folder. If you have tweaked to have custom colors and deco to your soldiers upon rank up, you'll have to do it again.
But yeah, also report if you see any inconsistencies. Like say, an item says +7 or something but it gives +5. I've scanned over the localizations twice, and I think it should be fine. ALSO, I recommend you start a fresh campaign on this, unless you already deep late game, since the aim bonus won't apply to your current soldiers.

How deep is deep, and how big is this aim bonus?

Deep as in it wouldn't really matter anymore that much, like Past September kinda deep. Also as mentioned before, by default Longwar, aim varies from 58-72, while in this rework it goes from 65-75, base being 70.
reverting health in long war to the original values seems to have done the trick for me in the world of balance, as well as running "Quick and dirty"

Replace. You can just drag them out from winrar and into your folder, that also works. It will prompt the same window that pops up when you move around files.

First thing I changed for myself was Interceptor repair times

400 hours for max damage. So far I think that's a good middle ground in my campaign.

The only change that doesnt apply is the new starting aim for soldiers. Everything else applies.
I reverted to an old save, just gonna shoot down UFOs and stop abductions for now.
