So I've seen that some people have the power armor blur when you're not in it bug in conversations. To anybody wondering how to fix it, just get in PA, talk to someone and then when you exit it it should be fixed. It's pretty annoying.
Aand just after I wrote this I got the stupid bug and I can't get rid of it. Guess my fix doesn't always work :s:
Says file is corrupt for me.
Any Mod Any Weapon is a good mod Skip to 3:20 for the best part
Why did you make the video that long if you're telling us to skip to a specific part? Scrolling through a billion mods and incorrectly going into the Chemistry Station isn't something you want us to see?
You know how sometimes while doing quests, your companion will speak up during conversations with quest characters to voice their opinions? What happens if you've modded your game and have more than one companion with you at that time? :s:
Ugh. Macready fell off from a height while we were out of combat and now he won't get up. I can't stimpak him either. When I go up to him it just gives me the normal dialogue. This is like not even 20 minutes after I [sp]paid for his contract[/sp]. I was rping that I was testing him out, and then he pulls this shit. He still teleports in with me when I go into a new zone, but on his ass. I tried to send him to Sanctuary, but he hasn't moved yet from the doorway.
i imagine they would speak one after the other?
Or at once.

I'm not going to question how the raiders got this into the pocket, I'm just going to be impressed considering it's like twice the size of it.
here's a way of making survival difficulty crazy. Turn off the music and make hud opacity 0. Total realtime information blackout. You can't tell if you are in battle or not and you can't tell the condition of your HP, AP, and ammo, and have to rely on sight and sound for that information (or you could open the pipboy but that's no fun unless you have to)
I read somewhere that Fallout 4 is an alright shooter and a poor RPG. The more I play, the more I agree with that statement. If Bethesda is going to be sucking Bioware's dick that hard, they could at least hire some good writers.
Started building up Sunshine Tidings. Pretty glad with how it's going but there's a lot more to do. Kinda bugs me how detailed the ocean is and you have little to no reason to explore it plus the very murky water unless you add/change a few lines in your ini files to remove/make it clearer. Although the underwater pipeline connected to the Nahant Oceanological Society's lab is still pretty interesting.

If Bethesda is going to be sucking Bioware's dick that hard, they could at least have hired some good writers.
Pretty much the way to sum up FO4 is that it's almost nothing like the original 2 games but it can stand on it's own. An issue I have is that bethesda still hasn't gotten endgame balance down yet, and they're always damage sponges. I mean FFS this problem has been around since Morrowind and that games combat is just as about as engaging as watching paint dry while tapping your finger on your lap. At least their gameplay has gotten better. And their RPG has always been iffy. Morrowind never had many choices. Oblivion never had many choices etc etc. The only choices you really get with the games is that you either do a quest or you don't. And when the games had choices, there weren't very sterling.

The way I see it if you're a fan of the originals and looking into FO4, It's a decent open world action RPG, but don't go in expecting anything like the original games or New Vegas. If you take it at face value, and consider it more of a spinoff game, you'll get more out of it.

Hey I hate to be this guy but does anyone have suggestions as to mods to use for a survival playthrough?
It's not weird, it is monumentally stupid though. Bethesda's games have never, ever been that kind of game. There's literally nothing to support the expectation that Fallout 4 would be anything more than Fallout 3 2.0.
I had low expectations so it was a pleasant surprise when Fallout 4 was significantly better than 3. Like my Fallout 4 review is basically "Pros: It's quite lot better than Fallout 3. Cons: It's still a bit too much like Fallout 3" I'd say I'm quite satisfied with the game, at least by my expectations, but I really hope Obsidian gets to make another game, just need another J.E Sawyer-directed game to serve as a west coast sequel. Bethesda nailed the core gameplay mechanics this time, but they predictably fouled in terms of story, setting consistency and player agency. Bethesda fundamentally still designs open world themeparks better suited to the fantasy genre, and that feeling is still very much there in Fallout 4, even though most of the game is an across-the-board improvement. Obsidian has been on a hot-streak recently with their games, and it'd be great if they designed a followup game in the spirit of new vegas' intentions, but has more polishing time.
Well I'm sorry I don't have a video editor...
There's a small one built into youtube these days, and I'm pretty sure Windows 10 has something like moviemaker.

I don't know why but I think Preston Garvey would look a lot better with a beard.
I don't know why but I think Preston Garvey would look a lot better with a beard.
Will his beard give additional minutemen quests too?
you know, i realize the dialogue system with the voice protags and the dialogue wheel would work better if they went full mass effect and had your character response to certain lines by themselves, without you having to prompt a response. this is kinda against the tradition of how dialogue works in bethseda games, but with a system like this you simply need times where your character talks for them self, for example handing in a quest item at the end of a quest. this avoids the whole "four options that all mean the same thing" moments you get occasionally it's not like fallout 3 and new vegas didn't have the occasional dialogue block where you only had one response anyway
I don't know why but I think Preston Garvey would look a lot better with a beard.
Give him aviators and you are already all set. He will walk through fire and death to inform you about settlement needing your help.
Well I'm sorry I don't have a video editor...
I use Movie Maker for my shit.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/cyrQ1io.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/4hJZegV.jpg[/t] I love Wasteland Whisperer.
-snip-
I find it cute when Deathclaws go into Snake mode and stick their tongues out in the air making a hissing sound.
Anyone else probably killed all of the diamond city patrol guards on accident?
