Does anyone know which face presets are Hispanic? I'm thinking of creating a new character.
Danse Spoiler: [sp] Is anyone else slighty disappointed by post-blind betrayal Danse? Besides the X-01 power armor and the Brotherhood shooting at him he is pretty much the same. He talks and acts like he is still in the Brotherhood.[/sp]
[sp]When they give you his power armor as thanks for "killing" him, I thought I'd do Danse a favor and give it back to him, my face when he pulls an X-01 from out of his ass tho.[/sp] :ohno:
Where do I find [sp]Danse[/sp] anyways? No idea where they could be.
Where do I find [sp]Danse[/sp] anyways? No idea where they could be.
You should find him at the Cambridge police station or depending on what part of the story you are at [sp]Listening Post Bravo[/sp].
I found 3 super mutants, all armed with miniguns, and a settler doing her own business without minding them at all. [t]http://i.imgur.com/25dkwHt.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/JSoFynO.jpg[/t] Well, the friend of your enemy is your enemy. [t]http://i.imgur.com/GojX5Hh.jpg[/t]
I've had this occur to me. I managed to save the settler and discovered that it's actually an event of some kind. I guess the Super Mutants captured them and were taking them off to their base to eat them. Afterward they thank you and go to one of your settlements. It would have been a little bit more helpful if they were, ya know, scared looking or something. I thought it was a bug or something.
What do you think has a higher DPS- Plasma Rifle w/ Unending or Assault Rifle w/ 50% Limb Damage?
assault rifle, just because you will very rarely need more than the full magazine and it will stun a lot more. plasma for swan, weirdo bosses, etc. i'm going to go ahead and assume giving settlers fatmen would be a bad idea
As a stealth character with Paladin Lightbeer, this is exactly what I do.
AFAIK he will intentionally try to block shots aimed at you if he's able to path between you and the enemy, and if you're behind him he'll stand his ground. He actually attempts to shield you. Dude knows he's in power armor. [editline]t[/editline] I've seen enemies do this too. Power armor raiders will charge out in front of unarmored ones and make them more difficult to hit. The AI is surprisingly smart at times.

I found this jackass wandering around once after I fast traveled home and found a raider assault happening. The T-51 is superior to the T-60 though. Because the T-60 was manufactured later with a higher number doesn't mean it's better, simply that it's more recent. The T-51 was rare and basically built for a small line of elite soldiers sent as the haymaker during an armed conflict, while the T-60 was designed to be used domestically by a lot more ground forces and as such was cheaper to manufacture to counterbalance this. It's also just possible that they didn't want to upset anyone by making the T-51 and X-01 suits worse than the T-60, since so many people love these two particular series (for good reason, they're kickass).
Why aren't there any power-armored feral ghouls like, is it unreasonable to think that a ghoul stepped into power armor that didn't have a helmet at some point and ended up feral?
So how do you acquire the Brotherhood of Steel Elder paint for the t-60? Are you able to become elder at some point?

I love the look of the water cooled AR in the hands of T-51. So fucking menacing.
The core would have run out a long time ago.
Would be rad to have an enemy that was a ghoul trapped inside dead power armor and eventually got super fuckn ripped fighting the dead servos and wears the power armor like jorts and a tight t-shirt now. Like a ghoul frank horrigan.
The core would have run out a long time ago.
Haha, could you imagine randomly finding them, popping in a core, and leading one into a raider camp? Tons of metal just launching itself at you with reckless abandon and struggling to pick itself up.
I don't know why people get so flustered (not upset, not sure of the right word) about new models of power armour. Like the military only ever had 2 types and the enclave made 1 and that was it forever. It'd be cool to see private designs for power armour that were pitched to the military, like a General Atomics suit that offers moderate protection as far as power armour is concerned but has a load of convenience features by default. Or a Robb Co. suit that's got shit stats because it was designed to turn a profit, like the Protectrons. Or you know, like I suggested in the last thread, Chryslus XLR.

The X-01 is still the best though.
Also more custom power armour from non-BoS factions would be cool. Like the Atom Cats sacrificing performance for style, or the Gunners having their own designs. I doubt the BoS would every try to alter power armour beyond a couple of tweaks.
[t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/392174704177381105/830778AFF840D98190B024F7DF3883D1EF223563/[/t] Apparently they forgot that they added t-60?
T-51 was so good it was too expensive to really mass produce at the time. It faced limited deployment in Anchorage because of this, and even though it floored the opposition, the military needed something a bit more efficient to make thousands upon thousands of. Enter the T-60. Mass produced at a lower cost per unit and made with function over form, it became the more popular one among boots on the ground, but the T-51 remained the mascot of the power armor infantry division all the way up until armageddon - just look at the covers of some of tesla science magazine. This explains why the BoS has entire platoons of T-60; all obtained from the frontlines of early post-war conflicts, from military storehouses or from factories which had not yet had the chance to deploy them, sometimes acquiring hundreds at a time early on.
It's during the [sp] kill-the-brotherhood part of the ending[/sp]
So it would be impossible to get if I did the minutemen ending?
They should've replaced the T-45 with the T-60 or made the T-60 a post-war brotherhood model. There's really nothing in the lore i can recall that really explains the place of the T-60.

This is stated in game several times. The Enclave are the last surviving holders of that knowledge, and they guard it with their lives.
How come tcl doesn't work for me? For some reason, I can't put a staircase leading up to a door at the same time. I feel like nobody at beth playtested these. Collisions is a nightmare.
My biggest problem with this game can be described in the experience I just had: I'm walking down a street with side streets on the left with buildings in between those streets. I'm just going about my day, I look to my left on the first street, there's a sentry bot. I nope the fuck out of there because I don't want to deal with it at the moment and reach the second street. I look to my left again: super mutant. I keep going, don't even bother looking to my left again, but I hear a fucking synth talking then the game fucking crashes This is why I fast travel usually, but it was a close distance so I figured "fuck it"
Nope, just shoot enough BOS members in the face that they become hostile, it should instantly trigger a new quest.
Looks like I know what quest I am doing with [sp]post-blind betrayal Danse.[/sp]
