Wait wtf, I can't click the hidden mod menu button anymore? halp
So, be warned: I am not an artist, and this is my first (real) attempt at a texture mod. [t]http://puu.sh/lNz8W/836df238b2.jpg[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/lNz9Y/f7546409a9.jpg[/t] All set for a game of Caravan
Hey, if you want this, here it is.
So apparently [sp]In Hubris Comics behind the movie screen thing is a unique weapon called the Silver sub machine gun. I'm guessing you get it with the Silver Shroud costume?[/sp]
[img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/ZSosbxW.jpg[/img_thumb] I went and did a simple recolor/edit of the generic green jumpsuit in Fallout 4 and made the ones you see in FO3/NV. I like how time doesn't freeze in conversations and you can see stuff going on in the background but GOD DAMNIT npc's need to stand still when you talk to them, sometimes the entire dialogue gets cancelled because the npc decides to walk away while they are saying something You piece of shit only I'm allowed to do that
I like how time doesn't freeze in conversations and you can see stuff going on in the background but GOD DAMNIT npc's need to stand still when you talk to them, sometimes the entire dialogue gets cancelled because the npc decides to walk away while they are saying something You piece of shit only I'm allowed to do that
The best part is when they walk away from you but they still go "wow where are you going get back here"

The Mr. Handy guys just kept moving around to the planters doing their thing while I was trying to talk to them. What kind of game show host walks away from their contestant? I want my 200 year old car, dammit!

Kessler in Bunker Hill won't hold still while I talk to her so I can't get the special craftable from her because it auto-skips the conversation as she fucking walks off. So annoying.
Should be a mod where you assign a settler to a bike with a dynamo to recharge fusion cores over the course of thousands of years
So hey they fixed the infinite caps from vendors bug.
So I don't know if everybody downloaded a new patch, with the hidden mod button also disappearing or something with mods resetting But for me it simply came down to "reinstalling" the mods by writing them down in plugins.txt (and setting it as read only), then it worked, lol. Gladly I'm not running many mods yet either. Still not sure if my survival damage mod fix works, because it's not immediately noticeable like other mods.. I tried shooting Diamond City guards and they seem tough against a decent 60 damage handgun. [editline]8th December 2015[/editline] And some people suggested forgetting about launching with the launcher at all, only using FO4.exe instead. Do you guys have script extenders btw?
Am I the only one who never visit vendors? I get all the ammo I need from loot and legendaries drop the best armor and weapons anyway. I also pick up every junk item I need so I never have to buy junk either.
No matter how much sense it doesn't make, I choose to believe that, in the fallout universe, they discovered a new kind of radiation.
I always just assumed the Great War made extensive use of salted, low-yield fission bombs. I don't even use caps as currency anymore. Did you guys know that 12 jet = 200 shotgun rounds?
Where else is one supposed to offload 300 sets of raider armour and pipe guns?
You scrap them :v:
You scrap them :v:
Bah, that Big Boy isn't going to buy itself.
i'm glad I installed some mods for my second playthrough. Also finding some places I never did find on my first playthrough so i'm liking that. Still low level so I need to find some shoulder armor to wear! are you guys low on caps at all? I've got somewhere around 45k and nothing to spend it on.
Where else is one supposed to offload 300 sets of raider armour and pipe guns?
Scrap. Scrap all of them. Well, anything with mods on them so it gives you more scrapping materials. Legendaries you hand out to settlers and shit, or sell if really need, right?
Which mod is better? Texture Optimization Project, or Optimized Vanilla Textures?
Which mod is better? Texture Optimization Project, or Optimized Vanilla Textures?
I use OVT and notice no quality differences. But I have a hard time noticing that already so I may not be the best judge.
are you guys low on caps at all? I've got somewhere around 45k and nothing to spend it on.
Around 2000 caps, lvl 25, just visited Diamond City, bought the Power Sword lol. i'm more rich in resources!
Which mod is better? Texture Optimization Project, or Optimized Vanilla Textures?
iirc TOP is far more comprehensive, and neither make the graphics noticeably worse in any way afaik.

It's weirdly funny.
Just redownload Nexus Mod Manager; latest update fixed the plugin issue.
are you guys low on caps at all? I've got somewhere around 45k and nothing to spend it on.
I'm having trouble with caps. I built a bunch of industrial water purifiers in Sanctuary, then started to link a web of settlements together for the first time in the game, and it was going beautifully until I started to run out of water (income). At first I thought it was a bug, then I realized that I might actually have enough settlers now for this to be an issue  and I can't build anymore purifiers because they require copper, which I just ran out of. Looks like I'll have to actually adventure! At least I have some cozy hideyholes now [t]http://i.imgur.com/C6HKRwr.png[/t]
I use vendors for adhesive mostly. Now that most projects I want to do (upgrading armor, upgrading weapons, etc) need 6+ adhesive for each step, I'm finding myself short constantly.
