would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
I feel like I might revisit NV at some point in my lifetime, yeah.
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
Of course. I haven't actually finished NV, and I'd like to do that at one point. (I also made a character in NV to kill the wait until FO4 which I then based my FO4 character on, so I figure I'll give that save a spin and do some quests that aren't radiant garbage)
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
I've already 100%'d NV so it feels kinda pointless to keep playing it but with TTW and the boatloads of mods Ihave for it I'll probably find myself playing it again some time in the future
Bastards dodge my heavy attacks and turn me to ash with their lazor. My only hope is usually if something distracts them. In short, I suck.
That's what companions are for. Best to have someone who doesn't go down easily like Danse or Strong.
Anyone have a link for the enclave power armor texture mod showed in this picture ? [t]http://i.imgur.com/WK3hxvp.jpg[/t] I know it's on the nexus but I can't find this specific texture among the others.

Do ya want it?
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
I'm playing through NV again, actually. The last time I played it was two years ago, though, and my computer is considerably better, I have draw distance to max and it really hammers home how bad the distant scenery looks. I mean, New Vegas was never really a very pretty game, but yeesh. That, and enemies are visible much earlier than they were before. With ED-E, I can see a distant enemy and start firing and he'll be dead before he gets to me. There are some real sweet things that I miss in Fallout 4, though. One of them being the recharger weapons. Perhaps it is not a big deal because ammo is quite plentiful in 4 compared to NV, but still. I miss the NCR vet ranger armour as well, that coat would look sweet with Fallout 4's new cloth physics.

Real pity it was removed honestly.

Real pity it was removed honestly.
What do the lore friendly eyes do, exactly? And is the Enclave mod some kind of separate paint or a replacement for one of the already available vanilla paintjobs? Also, I finally came across Captain Ironsides and after seeing him move around and fight close-up without getting my ass fingered by a 5.56 Minigun, I find the Commonwealth sentrybots as a whole to be adorable.
So I just beat the raider boss at Saugus Ironworks. Right before I engaged him, I deiced to try that trick to getting power armor, where you sneak and pickpocked their fusion core to force them to leave the armor. Killed him out of his armor, and then proceeded to don the armor. But for some reason that counts as stealing? What the hell, he's a dead bandit? Worse is when I then took it to sanctuary, and was trying to position it in my power armor shed. EVERYONE disproved of me getting back in it, since it's stealing. Are there console commands to remove ownership, and will console commands disable achievements?
help

[t]http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/fallout4_fo4/imgs/b/4/b48f0a66.jpg[/t] And yes, this was the latest version before he took it down and yes it'll be separate from the vanilla paintjobs.
It was removed due to copyright issues with the Enclave symbol apparently, but I got a copy of it on my google drive. Do ya want it?
What? The Enclave are part of Fallout, how is it copyrighted separately?
What? The Enclave are part of Fallout, how is it copyrighted separately?
Copyright is weird like that, I think he might have taken the symbol directly from the other games or something. Plus the Nexus has been cracking down hard on anything that MIGHT be claims for a lawsuit apparently.
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
I went back to it after 60ish hours in 4 without even finishing the game since I got so bored with it. I definitely miss the graphics and good looking faces but little else. Skills vs perks is 50/50, replacing skills was probably a good idea but it didn't have a good execution. While combat in 4 is a shitton more enjoyable I don't actually miss it that much in NV. I find myself much more enthralled in quests and conversations in NV compared to 4, probably because I'm not forced to play as a character I'm not interested in. Voiced player dialogue still has some appeal but they'd need to expand the options massively.
would you ever go back to fallout 3/NV ?
Finished F4 already and uninstalled so i could have space for TTW and the thousands of mods i use I'm not regretting it at all
help
Click the armor then use setownership
How come nobody's used the advanced face sculpting to make George Costanza for a melee run?

Something odd I noticed while I had my eye on the Vault 81 security armour is that when I finally had my pickpocket perk high enough that I could take unequipped items, I noticed its damage resistance was really low, something like 6 or 8. That struck something inside me when I thought about how New Vegas had the Vault 34 security armour which was the best light armour in the game, yet in Fallout 3, the Vault 101 security armour was the starting armour and was worse than everything except raider armour (which wasn't really supposed to be used by the player anyway), and in Fallout 4, the Vault 81 security armour (which is the only one you can get, if I'm not mistaken) is pretty much not worth using. This seems to me like a particular design decision by Obsidian. Vault 34 did have a lot of weapons, but you would think the vault security armour would be standard issue. The model for the armour is the exact same as the Vault 101.
Probably because it's relatively difficult to get the Vault 34 gear, unlike Fallout 3 where it's starting armour and Fallout 4 where you just murder some weak vault dwellers for it.
I would agree for Fallout 3, but for 4 it's different. The Vault 81 security guards aren't hostile and there's no reason to kill them. You probably wouldn't even assume they're wearing good armour unless you had the scan perk or something.
Also more big awesome news in the modding scene. Functional Weapon racks! All the equipment inside was top notch It was later replaced as best armor by.... sierra madre stuff, which is also top notch stuff bought by Sinclair. I don't get what bothers you.
