Bethesda should seriously get a spell checker, the typo's are everywhere in prewar documents :v:
I always found weird how Mama Murphy and Co. whacking fucking hammers at goddamn same wall and vent every day doesn't turn those houses with HOLLOW roofs into more fixed ones.
I mean why isn't there ability spend X amount resources to fix houses instant bit more fixed looking state.
[editline]10th December 2015[/editline]
Those roofs makes me really annoyed.

there is a spell checker in the actual GECK/Creation Kit.
besides, having actual spelling mistakes can be sort of immersive. Think of it as the in-universe guy who spelled it wrong.
wait there are typos everywhere? shit Bethesda. One or two is OK, but if there's plenty then wtf?

I've been having a bit of fun with the maxed out pickpocketing perk. Unfortunately, I can't pickpocket Maxson for some reason.

max pickpocketing has always been fun in bethesda games.
Oh were you wearing that? My bad, I'm wearing it now in a blink of an eye.
Go pick pocket certain fellow at glowing sea, free legendary weapon.
Speaking of that certain fellow in the Glowing Sea, what happens if you kill him before the main quest involving him starts?
Woah, woah. Wynonie Harris is on the soundtrack?
Yes, only this one song from him on Diamond City Radio

Interesting, I wonder if this is because of the power armor mod I have or More Armor Slots.

The amount of times I've seen them put apostrophes in the wrong place (or miss them out of 'it's') is fucking ridiculous. And there's a bunch of incorrect 'there's as well. Is this normal for Beth games? I've never really played one before a couple years of patches before, apart from Skyrim which I played on PS3 and therefore barely read anything.

There is no spell check in the fallout universe, why should everything typed on a computer be spelt perfectly
It's one thing if dialogue is misspelled but its the terminals

Those are on purpose. People make mistakes, and data corruption.

I liked those. Makes reading those terminals and stuff less like reading a script or something of the sort.
I like when the terminals have logs from right before the bombs dropped and right after, depicting the chaos that was unfolding for the (un)lucky people who survived the initial blast.
Still can't believe all the shit House did to secure most of new Vegas surviving the apocalypse

I really loved reading terminals that are found all over the place that talk about how people survived in relatively undamaged settlements right after the bombs, like in West Everett Estates. That's unexpected from Bethesda, like, they completely failed to bring the topic up in Fo3 "people... survived. Somehow".

when i went to follow them they fell into the water and started swimming to me
I don't get why doesn't BOS interrogate all ghouls about how they used to use blenders make smoothies rather than killing them, I mean that is now some amazing high tech technological information that must be known.
Serana's a decent character though. She's like Piper when you first meet her, a character that stands out as if from some other game entirely.
Serana had fucking awful voice acting and most of her lines ranged from incredibly generic to incredibly cliché.
Oh also she fucking grafts onto you when you start Dawnguard and refuses to leave until you finish it.

I think it's safe to say that the BOS is back to be a bunch of zealoty idiots in this game
Or maybe it's just me?
They just give off such a strong...facist vibe in FO4. Which is strange cause they seemed a lot more...down to earth in FO3, well as down to earth as you can in a nuclear wasteland.

Compared to literally everyone else in Skyrim, she's stellar. But yeah, I forgot that you can't ditch her, that's true and really-really bad.

Bethesda couldn't bring Enclave into it, so they made BoS and Enclave fuck, which resulted in Arthur Maxson's chapter. And to be perfectly honest, I like it a lot better than either BoS and Enclave from Fo3. Which is not saying much still.
I don't get how people can dislike the BOS' portrayal in F4, they're literally just the BOS from the old games but with a little dash of genocidal hatred for mutants thrown in.
I mean let's look at the alternative, Bethesda's last attempt at portraying the BOS was a clusterfuck, they broke character so hard it completely fucked any chances of F3's story at even being acceptable, let alone decent, it's like if someone made a Star Wars game, and they rewrote Darth Vader as being a pacifist that hugs kittens and does local charity work on the weekends.
The BoS in Fallout 4 are idiots. 'Oh gee, we have this massive bunker full of advanced technology, lets blow it up because synths.'
The BoS in Fallout 4 are idiots. 'Oh gee, we have this massive bunker full of advanced technology, lets blow it up because synths.'
BoS being stupid isn't new though...

General spoilers
Yeah but the Enclave were SORT of the good guys in FO3, [sp]wanting to turn the purifier on, it was Eden that wished to wipe everything out. Which is confusing considering the commander that captures and interrogates you kills you if you give him the code to do the above, rather than let Eden go ahead and kill off a large chunk of things.[/sp]At-least if I remember FO3 correctly.
Speaking of which. Surely there are remnants of the Enclave remaining during the FO4 era even after [sp]blowing up the Oil Rig[/sp] etc?

Not gonna lie. I'd still play that, just for the sheer fact of the way the described it...
whatever happened to those outcasts
