Hmm alright.. I mean I wanna go BoS all the way, but if that means killing like [sp]Preston&Minutemen, and possibly the Railroad people, whoever they are[/sp] then I'm not sure if I wanna tag along with them further than that rank. As for [sp]Institute, only those that try to deceive other humans, aka gen 3's I believe, must die.[/sp]
If you care about being the most good person as possible towards everyone minus [sp]Institute[/sp] do Minuteman ending. [editline]10th December 2015[/editline] Also save frequently if you are not interested in playing whole again completely just to see different endings.
On the topic of cut content. Why the fuck do we run into [sp]Children of Atom in the Glowing Sea, all of which are named NPCs, but the only person we actually talk to is the random head honcho chick who tells us where Vergil is. What the fuck? Why are they all named but you can't even speak to them?[/sp]

Can anyone think of any reason why [sp]Father[/sp] isn't an allegory for [sp]Bethesda?[/sp] If not, I may be onto something. [sp]Bonus points if the Sole Survivor is Obsidian Entertainment.[/sp]
Oh my god the deliverer is OP as FUCK if you're running a gunslinger stealth build. Even with middling AP I can shoot it 11 times in VATS, and the crouched accuracy and fire rate on it are amazing. [editline]t[/editline] Not to mention I have 3.5x sneak attack damage from ninja and boosted silenced damage (+50%) from sandman as well.

Shits cash.

If you have an elemental or explosive 10mm it's the same. Explosive seems to just skip armor though, so maybe it's actually worse.

I used it to kill a Super Mutant Butcher that was 10 levels higher than me without going above a caution.
Shit, trying to figure who to go with on my second playthrough. [sp]Is there really anything bad with the railroad? Other than Desdemona, they seem pretty nice. I just don't want to destroy the brohood either. I'm torn yet again.[/sp]
are there any mods that remove the vertical build limit on spectacle island? IDK as I haven't finished the game, but from what I can tell after the institute is discovered the game sort of turns into do quests for faction until final 3 quests and game over.[/sp]
Someone was deleting some files from the Divine Revelations mod, can you share it? I wanna try it by my framerate tanks with it, plus everything looks all glossy with it on.
So apparently getting a legendary with "neverending" on it actually means that you never have to reload but it still uses ammo my dreams of an endless minigun i can spray everywhere without remorse have henceforth been crushed

Also I only liked Dez cause she's the same voice actress for the female Norn characters in Guild Wars 2.
Woah really? The character voicing industry is such a small world.
And most of it is Nolan North
any good enbs?
And most of it is Nolan North
Or Steve Blum.
Woah really? The character voicing industry is such a small world.
She also voices Aela the Huntress and Legate Rikke in Skyrim as well as a few other characters + random npcs.
I wish the same voice actor for Gordon Freeman voiced the Sole Survivor.
Probably it's just me, but comparing Fallout 4's City of Boston compared to Fallout 3's Washington D.C, Boston feels somehow much, much smaller than D.C. to me. Again probably just me, but I just really feel like D.C. is pretty much so much more huge compared to Boston. (Although the Boneyard is much, much larger than both of them, they kinda cheated on that back in the day with their random encounter system)
it's because DC is so closed off. there aren't multiple routes into anything and 80% of your time exploring in DC is exploring the metro [editline]10th December 2015[/editline]
[sp]What would they have done with it? Power the Prydwen? Now their mobile flying base is grounded indefinitely.[/sp]
no, they'd power their home base. the prydwin is only a mobile FOB
I wish the same voice actor for Gordon Freeman voiced the Sole Survivor.
That would cost too much for Bethesda. Now, that dude and a gal who did the Courier, on the other hand, were more realistic option. They were pretty decent, and did a lot more lines too.

I kinda know what you mean that the map itself in 3 feels larger than 4, but I think that's mainly because of how slow the movement speed is in 3, and how 4 has sprinting. Also 3's map is so fucking sparse. The wasteland has locations placed really far away from each other, and the city's cordoned off sections make it hard to even tell how big it is.
So, what level do you have to be to start finding anything better than T-45s? I'm at like level 35 and I'm not finding ANY locations with anything higher than T-45. Also, some bug is happening where everytime I save and reload the game, my full set of T-51b is replaced with T-45. Can someone please help? It's incredibly frustrating
Is the gatling laser worth even bothering with if I have low STR (which from what I understand reduces accuracy of heavy weapons by a lot) and nothing in the heavy weapons perk?
the gatling laser isn't worth bothering with anyway

So say the one old pre-war base CAN spawn an X-01, but if you go through the cell or that location without noticing the PA or just sort of go past that base pretty close but don't actually even go to it, it will spawn as a lower variant. (T-51, T-60) And won't change as it goes by level.
any good enbs?
Not an ENB, but it's still good. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1230/
does anyone actually join the brotherhood because they agree with their morals or does everyone just do it for their power armor I mean tbh you can get power armor a lot easier and for free if you go against the brotherhood like you kill paladins and you literally just take all the pieces off them, if you join the brotherhood you have to pay for that stuff
