It allowed a blank check to change any password on any steam account. On a side note, this is why Valve should have a competent bug bounty program in place, especially since hackers can [I]easily[/I] make money without even needing to go outside of steam.

Did anyone randomly have Dota 2 and/or Serious Sam HD: Second Encounter appear in their library recently? They both show up as having been purchased today, even though I didn't do any such thing. Also I haven't gotten any Guard notifications or a code email, so I don't think I've been broken into. [editline]t[/editline] They're not in my purchase history, even as "complementary" (if they were free or added as a bonus from Steam)

Also means they shouldn't show up in your library unless they're installed, so that's odd. Some sort of glitch, I suppose.
