How long does it take Steam to remove the restrictions on a new account?
I've spent 5€ with it already (some of them in gifts), and I seem to be able to send friend requests, but trying to open the webchat gives me "This account is not authorized to use this feature.".
I just want a standalone account to test webchat api stuff :frown:

I have to exchange my controller because two of the buttons came terrible. The 'A' button is really mushy and the select button is permanently depressed so far that I just have to give the controller a good shake to have it activate.
So, within the past few months Valve must have enabled DevTools on SteamWebHelper

Teamspeak can choose from any that exist, independent of that from the windows default
Nightmare House 2 is working again. Go to the moddb to download, then follow the very simple instructions in the readme.txt (just opting into a source sdk base 2013 beta to download missing files)
Is there any way to get rid of the "secure your steam account page"? It always takes me there whenever I sign in. I set up the account recovery with my phone number but I don't really care to use the Mobile Authenticator mainly since I already have 2 factor on my Gmail account.

You can press no/later/something right? And if you later want to set it up you just go to settings.
There's a "Ok, take me to the store" button but nothing to actually keep it hidden on the next sign in. I don't really care that much mainly since it keeps me from seeing sales and spending money!

At first it seems pretty normal, improved particles and they changed the weapons to be less FPSBanana-y with new animations. But the ending is different.
