Going to ask a question now that the game has been out for a while.
It's obvious that the hype around the game has died down but has it reached a point where the folks bitching about Undertale winning awards last fall were right about the game only being big for a few months before people didn't really remember Undertale, or is it left an impression among people outside of this thread?
I think it's still left an impression on folks beyond this place. It's probably died down a bit, sure, but I don't think it's died down TOO much.
People are still talking about it, and I have a feeling they'll still be talking about it for a long time.
It's natural for a game to not be talked about as much now as it was 6 months ago. But I think it's safe to say it's left a damn good impression on people. It's not like it's been forgotten. If anything I'd say it got more attention for longer than most well-liked AAA games do.
People are just looking for a reason to say "SEE I WASN'T WRONG IT [I]WAS [/I]JUST A DUMB FAD!!!" v:pudge:v
I've been waiting to forget it at least a little bit so that I could re-experience it again, but the end pacifist battle is still very clear in my head and so is pretty much half the game.

This...once i got the true pacifist ending i felt incredibly shakened emotionally for a week, then happiness for a few months, everything was still vivid in my memory, every single emotion listening to any of the OST tracks brough me a lot of joy but now..its pretty much nothing and i really hate that
I really wish i could wipe undertale from my memory so it could make me feel something again

[sp]By the time of the Judgement Hall scene you would have killed their entire family, all of whom meant you no harm, ON TOP of whatever terrible things they ran away from the surface for.[/sp]
