Can't hard mode be just same as normal but with [sp]sans[/sp] logic attacks that damage constantly and don't dissapear when hit?
Not sure about what should happen to [sp]sans'[/sp] fight itself, but i think it would be far easier than recreating all fights and better than abandoning the mode altogether.

I feel like a "hard mode" which is literally just the industry standard "make everything hit harder/have more health" really wouldn't fit with a game whose entire reason for being is genre deconstruction.
I just found out that my younger sister has a Papyrus made out of those Perler beads. How? Because I had to wade through the trash that is her room to dig out the hoover.
In a way, she's kind of like Sans. Laid-back, quite slackadaisical, and basically lives in the trash. ...and probably depressed on the inside, come to think of it.

I went to London MCM ComicCon today and I saw a quite bunch of people cosplaying as characters from Undertale. Most of them were pretty good, saw two pretty neat casual-clothing Undynes, one cute Muffet, and a whole lot of Floweys and Sans, and two neat Asgores.

Hopefully it succeeds, still, would have preferred a hard mode Undertale.

I image this is why the Hard mode hasn't/wasn't finished. If it were it would in essence be practically a whole new reworking of the game, well, twice really, for both Geno and Pacifist.
If we ever see it, we wont get it for a looooong time I bet.
