I think [sp]Sans[/sp] is the one boss from Undertale that made me reach my breaking point I'll see if I'll have better luck in the next days
I sifted through my internet history and retrieved this gem: The Bad Time Simulator lets you practice as much as you want
I wouldn't count on that too much thought. I speak from experience that the controls from Undertale are much more slippy than the one in the simulator. [Sp]Also this simulator has only the first version of the bones spikes attack( the one where Sans throws you against the walls in the battle box and makes bones pop up). There's a much faster version on the fight later on were the spikes get taller as well. And they are tricky to dodge. Ruined a lot of my no-hit runs.[/sp]
This may be late, but... http://store.iam8bit.com/products/undertale-vinylsoundtrack2xlp Where's my wallet??
I wonder if they snuck in any bonus tracks, especially on the geno vinyl. Imagine the low key Snowey theme coming in out of nowhere.

I recorded my fight with [sp]Sans[/sp], and painstaking watched it frame by frame to get the attacks right. The only attacks that have noticeable inaccuracies are [sp]the ones where you start on a platform and dodge vertical bones going up and down, and the 'bones with small gap' attack with a random gap position.[/sp]

I didn't know that :v And I don't know how the Bad Time Sim is right now. Like I remember playing it some time ago and the difference was really obvious for me since I did the fight God knows how many times. Specially in terms of the movement control. The momentum you have moving around in the battle box during the blue heart sections wasn't really there.

Sideways movement and red heart movement are 1:1. If someone can provide better numbers for jumping, I'll use em.
I don't believe these were posted here [t]http://67.media.tumblr.com/25364871a7d44ea489a18c789460eaa5/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo1_1280.jpg[/t][t]http://66.media.tumblr.com/b9f1a00166879ad7599f5ee7d14fe3d6/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo2_1280.jpg[/t][t]http://65.media.tumblr.com/28e876a2d56ba86d83eb68cac0e22b99/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo3_1280.jpg[/t][t]http://67.media.tumblr.com/00319a2fa32fcc3d8f86066a908ef859/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo4_1280.jpg[/t][t]http://67.media.tumblr.com/47fcbfc6abe01ae437157867b87da990/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo5_1280.jpg[/t][t]http://67.media.tumblr.com/68c2d33f7ae069c4b94b839a6fb7bc8f/tumblr_oblutorRFo1snh5ooo6_1280.jpg[/t] There's more but I'm gonna link it, just in case.
I have to say, before playing the game I hated the shit out of Papyrus He's now basically my favorite character from the game (he also provides the only comedic relief during the Genocide Route)

I thought I would have lost all my experience in knowing the moves.

Since it's clear that, on a Genocide run, [sp]surprise Sans[/sp] is just trying to use every advantage the game offers to stall you indefinetly and prevent you from finishing the game, wouldn't I theoretically "win" the game by refusing to fight [sp]him[/sp] and abandon the game for good? Maybe it's my frustration talking here, but the result would be [sp]Asgore and Sans not being able to get a hold of the last human soul and be stuck in a world where all the people they care about are dead, a kingdom barren of any life but theirs[/sp] Ah ah, fuck you [sp]Sans[/sp]!

Make sure you buy some steak and keep the frying pan. That way, you have more chance of beating that guy.

Then again it's heavily implied that the timelines stopping is you quitting the game for good and not playing it anymore.[/sp]

Given that it's either unquenchable curiosity or a need for completion that would start you down the path in the first place.[/sp]
Is the fight at this very spoilery link an exact replica of the real thing?
Is the fight at this very spoilery link an exact replica of the real thing?
Pretty much. The attacks are the same as in the game. The movement feels a bit different but is still close to the original.[sp] In game you also have a spare option at some point and you get dialogue after every attack.[/sp] The end is also different. The entire thing is very well made.
The end is also different.
Different, like, easier? I've watched the real fight so I know it's missing dialogue and whatnot but I'm more concerned with the difficulty.
Different, like, easier? I've watched the real fight so I know it's missing dialogue and whatnot but I'm more concerned with the difficulty.
I can't put my finger on it but it feels easier. Back in Undertale it took a miracle for me to beat the fight but I can beat the browser version near consistently.
I can't put my finger on it but it feels easier. Back in Undertale it took a miracle for me to beat the fight but I can beat the browser version near consistently.
Well, that's probably because your hitbox is more like a hit... point. So you can get much closer to an attack and not take damage. This is another one of those things where if I had accurate numbers, I would change it.
Different, like, easier? I've watched the real fight so I know it's missing dialogue and whatnot but I'm more concerned with the difficulty.
By different I meant the little scene after you beat him. Difficulty-wise seems the same. No noticeable difference.
