I believe it's the standard font used in all normal monster encounters, with the standard text sound. I don't know what font that actually is but you get the idea.

Well at least we already have a really good Toriel model done by one of RetaDepa's (RepaDeta? I forgot how it was spelled. The guy with the Monkey Island pirate dance avatar.) friends, so we can safely pass this one by.
Speaking of which, can't wait to see how her Asgore model pans out once it's done.

That's probably not Mettaton. It's a puzzle invented by Alphys with Mettaton's design.
It's an MTT Brand Generic Lab Device.
Mettaton made it look like himself because of course he did.
