In hindsight, besides the whole [sp]killing intent and physical damage wreck monsters[/sp] thing, [sp]we have no idea how rare Determination is in humanity given the fact that only two other characters, Chara and Flowey/Asriel, can harness it due to the limited perspective the game gives. If pretty much anyone with significant Determination exists out there (although let's assume mainly children due to a child-focused strong amount of it), they are literally time manipulators. Unless you work with the idea that Frisk/Chara only do that due to the player and Flowey is a one-of-a-kind circumstance due to living off of raw Determination. And even then, Determination also keeps the Human SOULs existing after death, and probably has other properties inherent.[/sp]

I think after [sp]Resetting on a neutral run seems to do the same thing as I gained LV on my first run then went on to do true pac[/sp]
