Incredibly enough, no.
It's a European myth that sort of makes sense, heck there are many variations of it.
Though he does falter horribly with the idea that Sans actually retains memories from past runs. Also he's still a skeleton, it was just a different type and the title was clickbaity as fuck.
At least that theory is more plausible than damn ness.
I still refuse the fact that he bleeds when the only thing he drinks is ketchup and his whole shtick is being a trickster.

I feel like one of the prerequisites of this idea would have to be repeatedly resetting the game until [sp]FUN[/sp] happens. It wouldn't make sense with [sp]Gaster[/sp] showing up so out of the blue unless you've met the followers.

Someone finally gets it.
One thing that I want to touch on is that the story only ends where the creator lets it. In the past with consoles, the story got extended by creating sequels. Nowadays updates are more common than sequels since its easier from both creation and distribution angles.
Toby could update UT whenever he wants, but he's stated that we've seen the best ending already. He would need a serious change of heart and motivation to make anything on the order of the stuff the fanbase wants, but he doesn't need to since he has already finished the game in his mind. The bugfix update tweaked a few things and added some extra hints towards updates but he doesn't need to add anything to the game if he doesn't want to.
The only thing that gives me hope is that not all of the original kickstarter rewards he promised were made. He doesn't have to make anything, but its at least something the fans could legitimately complain about.

Okay the last time I watched a Game Theory video was like 1-2 years ago..? and it was about Pyro's gender. So i'll just watch this one entirely and not just the first 2 minutes... Woo what a surprise! there's little to no relation at all with what he says about Sans because he just likes to overthink and over exaggerate shit STILL with petty stuff or things that weren't even meant by the developers (Toby Fox here, hell, even in those interviews with him where people were asking about some otherworld shit whatever and he was like "UUUHHH... SKIP!?") Just shows how pointless most of this stuff is.
I mean really, these "Theories" are just so easy to come up with and then exaggerate them. Here I can do an example quick:
You're playing GTA V as Michael, there's a cutscene where his wife tells him that when you're out there on the street only god knows what you're doing... THE PLAYER KNOWS WHAT HE DOES! THE PLAYER IS GOD!!!!!

Actually I will say one last thing regarding fan content.
Its fun to make and a lot easier to start out working with. In addition to creativity you need to have the "technical" skills to produce something. Learning image software (GIMP/Photoshop/ect), video software (Sony Vegas/FinalCutPro/ect) or even a game engine (GameMaker/Unity/ect) has a steep learning curve, and even when you learn how to make stuff it takes a lot of time actually producing the product.
Basing your ideas off of someone else's work reduces the creativity needed to make something, so its often good for practicing the technical skills you'll need if you ever want to make someone of your own. If you're creative but lack the technical skills needed to realize your ideas then you end up being the "ideas guy", and either everyone hates you, or you pay someone to make your ideas become true (art commissions?), or both.
When I made [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7voJ2reuOM]these[/url] [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOb-muSA2gU]videos[/url] I relearned my video editting skills and made the first video in roughly a day (6hrs of editting), and the second video over 3 days (12 hrs). They were fun to make but they took [I]forever[/I] to make. Part of it was getting the materials and organizing them (new tech skills) but also deciding what the videos would look like/who would be in them (creativity), and actually implementing them (effort) took a lot of time. The fact that I could just paste images over pre-made content or take screenshots instead of having to write a script/record videos/narrate myself made the projects feasible for me.
That said, eventually you will learn enough through what you do to make your own stuff from scratch. The biggest obstacle I can see is finding the time/effort/dedication to commit, but in the end you have your own, original piece of whatever. Based on toby's attitude towards merch I want to say this is the feeling he has towards the game, and I respect him for that.
