I assume that you're gonna turn the other characters into Metal Gear characters?
If so, I guess Alphys can be Otacon, and Mettaton EX is gonna be Raiden. It makes sense when you think about it.

Heh, the butt of the joke was Ocelot being the oddball he is and everyone being utterly confused as to what he's doing. For example spinning his revolvers for no good reason, throwing his hat away dramatically (bonus points his coat is full of spare hats, just so he can keep throwing them away) and of course having a long and overly dramatic Foxdie death scene.
