Depends. You could probably get a really boring, normal person as a sibling or a meme-savvy pansexual midget with attitude like I have.
She's a blast, but I know tons of people who generally do not seem to care about or straight up hate their siblings. It's a real mixed bag.

I'll always welcome more music from him though no doubt. I can't wait for what he's going to do next, whatever it may be. Fingers crossed for a new IP or an interesting collaboration (game or music).

1) There is enough left unresolved in the game to expand on, if desired
2) Toby has a few more [URL="http://undertale.wikia.com/wiki/Undertale_Kickstarter"]kickstarter goals[/URL] to finish, assuming he remains loyal to his backers. Based on dialogue changes in the last update I would assume that the 3rd goal is being worked on as we speak
3) Anything can happen since Toby is based, but any changes to the core story/endings are unlikely in my view.
Also in the event that the game gets ported to Nintendo consoles, this would probably be the opportunity for any changes in the graphics/artstyle so they could brand it as a "Nintendo Exclusive" re-release.
I personally feel like a sequel or expansion would just be doing the game, and Toby's ability, a disservice.
I mean I probably wouldn't complain if it happened, but I think it's totally unnecessary and could be a big mistake if not handled really carefully, and I'd rather see what else Toby can do.

That's not to say he can't do anything interesting with Undertale, he left it open for pretty much anything he wants but just because you can doesn't mean you should. He'd have to be careful not only to make it as original and engaging as the first, but to not interfere with our choices or devalue the impact it had.
That's why I think he's a whole lot better off doing something else entirely new, versus a sequel (or prequel) that doesn't need to be made in the first place. I feel like it would be so much more rewarding not only for him but for the fans as well. What made Undertale shine was that it was fresh, it brought something new to the table, its unique.
Another game could be anything, he never said it would be related to Undertale did he?

By the way the last thing I could see him doing is some "exclusive" release. It really doesn't seem like something he would get behind but I could be wrong, I don't know the guy.
It would be funny if we started seeing the characters in other games due to the popularity that Undertale has now. It could be on another indie game or in a RPG from a big game company like NIS America.

It would be kinda funny, but probably wouldn't go any further than cameos in other indie games. That kinda stuff's happened a lot in the past, with "Super Meat Man" showing up in Desktop Dungeons, Dust: An Elysian Tail had the secret cages that you could unlock to liberate various indie characters to get health bonuses, and hell, Super Meat Boy itself had a bunch of alternate characters from different titles.
But don't expect to see Papyrus in Smash due to a potential Wii U port of Undertale. Even though that would be absolutely amazing to see him knock Ness out of the park with a humerus special attack.

Probably just because her 'fight' sprite was already made for the [sp]date scene[/sp]. Reusing assets pretty much.
