 Caribun is my probably my favorite artist doing UT stuff. Everything they draw is precious. [sp]And I've become some kind of Chara apologist after hearing the idea that they narrate the game in all routes. Softening once-psycho ghost friend inside Frisk's head is too good and this picture makes me happy.[/sp]
Also I had a thought: Isn't bar tending, a job all about handling flammable liquids, a sort of ironic (or, umm, inadvisable) career choice for a guy made of fire? I hope that's an intentional gag.

Makes sense to me too. [sp]After all, if you're burrowed inside someone's brain, changes within it would probably change you too. In BOTH ways.[/sp]
[sp]On one hand, your insistent pacifism and rampant friend-making would give them a fresh new perspective on life, unless you're playing through the illusion of a world that Genocide Chara creates after you give 'em your soul. And on the other hand, your relentless murder-boner would kindle their nascent psychopathic potential and result in you getting absolutely destroyed by a monster of your own creation, indulging their pre-pubescent edgelord fantasies from our nightmarish corner of reality.[/sp]

The accuracy of the beach scene is killing me, people always asked me why I hated going to the beach when I lived in California.
[sp]Also at what age do parents stop bathing their kids... I always imagined Asriel & Frisk to be around 8-12 which seems too old. Also they're bathing together which is weird but I only had an older sister of (6.5 years older than me) so what do I know?[/sp]

The beach snippet is copied from Calvin and Hobbes v:v:v
Parents stop bathing their kids once they are old enough to not drown themselves in the tub. So the 3-4 range. Although some do for longer to ensure the kids wash properly.
[sp]Technically spoilers but whatever[/sp]
[sp]Can just be interpreted as plain ol' fanart unless someone mentions it is a spoiler.[/sp]
There isn't nearly enough fan art of [sp]post-pacifist ending, with the characters attempting to integrate into society.[/sp] It's a part of the story I'd be really interested to see.
Yeah I wanna see more of it too. Hell, I like to imagine that [sp]Asgore ends up living in some studio apartment in downtown Whereverburg, and tends to a rooftop garden in his free time.[/sp]
Also, part of me wonders how Toriel would react when [sp]she finds out that her son was reincarnated as Flowey, and that he murdered so many people that Asgore's deeds seem minor in comparison. Part of me feels like she'd probably end up disowning him, since she left Asgore for far lighter transgressions in comparison. Hell, maybe she'd even go as far as to be "You are not my son, you terrible creature. Asriel died a long time ago... You are nothing like him." That would make for a pretty bittersweet end-bit in itself.[/sp]
You and your damn bitter sweet endings!
[sp]I want an ending where you can save asriel, but not anyone else.[/sp]
Someone needs to make gritty artwork of [sp]Papyrus and Sans driving down the highway but with an 80's retro style going on.[/sp]
Believe it or not, I'm not talented enough to do it myself.

[sp]theres a point where you care..and a point where you care too much[/sp]
You and your damn bitter sweet endings!
Isn't that how TP is, concerning [sp]Asriel[/sp] at least? A lot of folks say that [sp]saving Asriel[/sp] would take away that bittersweetness that gave TP its extra impact, but to get around that, and the whole "TP is the best ending" thing, I imagine that even if [sp]Asriel[/sp] is saved and restored, things would not be super-rosey and magically all better. And there'd be a bunch of ways to do that.
It could be something simple like [sp]Asriel is scarred for life by what he did as a flower[/sp] or go in darker and deeper with [sp]his mother refusing to accept him after learning about what he did, despite Frisk's pleading.[/sp] Stuff like that that makes it so that maybe [sp]saving Asriel[/sp] would actually be kinda worse than [sp]leaving him as Flowey[/sp] and you end up wondering if it was right to [sp]bring him back[/sp] when his future looks to take a turn for the worse.

I'd be interested seeing [sp]Frisk and Sans working together by liberating other monsters from another mountains or islands. Meanwhile, Chara makes an evil plan with her minions. Something like 10 years after the soulless-pacifist ending.[/sp]
