Assists can be more rewarding points-wise than a kill if you get the down. 50 points for downing an enemy and then 75 for someone else killing them. Opposed to 50 and 50 for downing and killing by yourself.
What the fuck is going on with people TKing and purposefully throwing games lately? Last night I had one guy kill the second to last teammate and then run out of the biohazard room and throw a game and just now I had a guy TK me on the next attack round because I kept tearing down his Castle barricade because he kept putting it on a Kapkan trapped door (and we didn't want it where he put it anyway). His buddy also killed the hostage with C4 as soon as the second defense round started.

Yeah they're pretty great for points

Probably one of the best single shots I've ever made.
Was down to 10 seconds left on plane on hostage. Presidential bedroom. My two teammates are in there with the hostage. Pulse sprints down the hallway and caps them both. I'm down to like 5 seconds. Spraying rounds through the windows. He thinks I'm inside so he doesn't drop down, he just crouches against a wall. Two shots to the chest and the game ends with a W with only around 3 seconds left.

Must have had no smokes, could have easy won the round by keeping you out

So I just played a game against the Castle mentioned in this story and his friend. We won. Fucking vindicated.
If you find a group named Easy(Fruit)420 do me a favor and TK those assholes.
Intentionally blew a game, then left.
I just played in a match where 8/10 people all knew each other. I knew four people in it and everyone was on each others friends list. Was a hilarious match.

I've seen these guys a couple of times.

Also, What operators should I buy? I already bought sledge because he seemed like a good starter.

Sledge, Thermite, or Fuze for attack starters
Castle, Mute, or Pulse for defense starters
I'd play with you but I'm on PS4
if the game type is hostage make sure you play fuze or someone with frags and use your explosives to clear the room
your team will really appreciate it
(please god don't do this)

I did my first Fuze hostage kill yesterday :worried:
Montagne looks like a ton of fun since I've always been a fan of defensive tanks in video games. Sure you get no kills, but the amount of satisfaction you get from helping out your friends is really the best.

I've seen so many times the last man being montagne and he holds his shield and people charge him, and its so hard to kill him lmao
I did my first Fuze hostage kill yesterday :worried:
I had a great one where I was tossing a grenade across the room past the hostage, but my buddy ran in front of the grenade path, it bounced off him and landed right on the hostage.
I don't risk it anymore
I did my first Fuze hostage kill yesterday :worried:
I'd be lying if I said I haven't done it
'is there anywhere good to fuze into that room? hold on.... oh, wait we lost wtf'

Montague is not a very good starting operator, but whatever floats your boat.
blitz is a good attacker
Montague is not a very good starting operator, but whatever floats your boat.
I didn't buy him yet, but I can see why he would be hard. (why the hell do you move your glass panel up and down and how often will I need to do that?!)
Is blitz and easier?
attach a laser sight on the pistol asap tho. and load out with smoke grenades
[editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
you're a good point man as blitz but keep aware of the enemy's placement and yours.
[editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
stay crouched when entering rooms too
How do you crouch as a regular operator?
as shield operators remember:
it doesn't remotely cover as much of you as you'd like to think it does

For Montagne you extend the shield to cover your feet for as long as you're holding the button (you can't shoot in this state, however)

Control is default iirc?

He's very teamwork oriented, Blitz is too but he's a bit more forgiving
Control is default iirc?
I think that's crawl.

Hey is there a time limit on the bomb stages?
[editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
also, I got the Gold Weapons Pack with my game. Would choosing those skins be like painting a big target on me?
c?
also no not really
ah.

Thermite and Thatcher are damn near required attack operators. After that, whatever floats you.
Smoke, Bandit, and Jager are very good defenders but maybe a tad advanced for someone new. You're suppose to roam with them. Rook is never a bad operator to play as, just know the P90 sucks balls. Doc isn't bad either, but imo only play him if you already have a Rook. Castle might seem like a good op but frankly his barriers can be more of a hindrance then help for his team. Mute is just a worse Bandit.
[editline]21st March 2016[/editline]
And Tachanka should be the very last operator you buy. He is shit.
