Well, I think it would be much quicker to deploy and put it away since it would use the special ability key, it wouldn't use the whole screen either like the drone does so you'd be much more aware of your surroundings and it wouldn't make any noise.

I feel like disabling the laser (temporarily) when hit with thatcher's emp instead of completely blowing it up would be a good step in making it up to par with frost's.
note its called an entry denial device rather than an anti-personnel trap or something
if they buff it it should be by making the part you need to shoot thinner or something so it's harder to get rid of from a safe distance
or emp shielding it like above

I am not certain of the truth behind it, but I heard that the Tom Clancy and Rainbow Six names required CT to be the only playable side.
It's kind of sad, as I would have loved it to be CT vs T.

idk why they don't just have the opposite side model swap. I'm guessing the only reason is so you can recognise what Operator they're playing. Still.
Half of the planning phase is figuring out what operators they're playing, and adapting your strategy.
This means you can keep an eye out for roamers such as Bandit, Jager or Pulse, or make sure you're careful before entering windows due to frost traps.
Besides, I read somewhere that online multiplayer is meant to be "Training Scenarios" between the different Counter-terrorism units.
It's obvious the designs aren't too restricted by being CT vs. CT though. Like some Ops could easily be terrorists with makeshift weapons like how Bandit's gadget is basically just a golf kart battery and Frost's is basically just a bear trap.

thats actually one thing that irks me, some have cool gadgets like the trophy system thing, emp grenades, thermite or a gadget that can shoot multiple grenades
then we have people who just have a hammer, a bear trap or a hybrid scope lol
IQ should really be able to hack enemy electronics to either disable them or take them over. Maybe have it a limit of 2 or 3. I don't feel that'd be too overpowered.

I just want IQ to be able to detect red dot and reflex sights, provides an incentive for people to use iron sights plus lets IQ do something people's eyes, ears and brains cannot do. Like seriously, I can see tripwires easily, I know where Jager's ADS is going to be if I know they have a Jager, and it's very easy to hear nitro cells but nobody plants them anyway.

Doesn't bother me: as long as the gadgets are mechanically good I don't mind if they're super high tech or made in someone's garage with spare parts.

same with the muzzle breaks that say they reduce recoil. I know the silencer reduces damage
Even the silencer barely has a downside with automatic guns since it lowers damage by so little.

One bullet more to kill in the body or limb is a pretty big disadvantage, especially on SMG's.
