I'm like level 69 and haven't done a single ranked matched. All I hear about ranked are bad things.
I haven't touched casual or ranked matches. Only terrorist hunt matches and lone wolf. And got all the way to rank 48. Doing PvP is not really the thing in rainbow six series for me.
People who use their mics once per match, and before and after that single instance of use never use it again and go so far as to just act like they have no fucking sound in the first place, are the bane of my fucking existence. People get taken down, I ask for info, no one says anything. Two rounds later SilentJackass246, who hasn't said a word all game, says "guy in stairs" and then NOTHING ELSE. WHY.

Tonight sucked. Tonight fucking sucked shit from the asshole of a dead cat. I'm so on tilt with this game.

And people don't get flashbang'd while staring right at my flash I throw into a room (I have a clip of THIS TOO) but I get flashed whole not even looking at the Blitz. GREAT.
we should get an FP clan going.
I'd love to be up for this. Do we have one already? If not, I'll make one. Me and a few peeps from this thread have already played a bunch before.
I play it quite a lot myself, so if anybody wants to play, add me.
This game really needs to brush up on its netcode.
Even when matchmaking isn't breaking down and the pings are below 200, I've seen multiple kill cams where the guy seems to be a second or two ahead of me.

Just go ahead homestly.

Also people are deaf as shit sometimes, I had a guy who was surprised by a sledge running towards him from the room on his right.

Killcams are not as precise as the actual thing so don't rely on what you see there.
Just add me to the group
<------- right here.
There is a very large disconnect in this game when it comes to what you can see and where you think your body is in relation to that and what the enemy can actually see and it gets me killed so much.
Especially with the insta-kill headshots. I wish it was set up so 1 armor is a one shot kill, 2 armor is 2 headshots, 3 is 3, etc. I hate having super low time to kill in FPS games. It just ends up with one guy leaning around a corner and popping 3 people's heads in 5 seconds.

I would really really not like that at all.

A headshot is a headshot. You're not going to survive it. These arent robots, they're human.
i dont get whats wrong with 1 shot headshot kill
i mean, it is, a bullet to the head
i can understand that sometimes it can be bullshit since lucky headshots happen all the time
I for one propose that headshots do like 85 damage or something like that. If you're at 100 and your head catches a stray, it doesn't feel too bullshit, but if they can get a second shot out on you then you're toast.
Headshots should be a heavy multiplier, not just a straight instant kill imo.
Add me too lad

In terms of realism, yeah, but it leads to a lot of bullshit kills. It reminds me of CS where you're winning a fight and then a random bullet from the bullet cone clips you in the head due to a mix of random spread and latency issues.
I guess I just don't really like insta-death encounters, CoD spoiled those for me after years and years of people dying in a second or less of combat. I think it'd add a little more of a tactical approach if people had a little more margin for error instead of getting headshot across the map 10 seconds into the round. A lot of the time there isn't really any back and forth, it's just one team getting rolled.

and honestly, people move so slow in this game that once you get a bead on them, they're pretty much dead unless they're extremely lucky. And since you usually get the drop on them, increasing the health pool (or decreasing the damage for automatics) should fix the current problem without going overboard.

Yeah, that's the problem I mean. Whoever spots the other first wins, even if they just spray their gun wildly at you. Maybe a little more armor absorption?
I've been enjoying Siege a lot lately, friend of mine said he preordered Division, but I feel like it's just going to be awful, they've keep a tight lid on the entire game plus I remember hearing that scrapped a lot of stuff in the game due to it being very unbalanced, comes out in like 2 months and no one knows jack about it.

Whoever spots first SHOULD win (assuming they have half decent aim). That's whole point of a tactical, not twitch shooter, game. Personally, I think the game has the opposite problem. It takes so many hits to kill people that I often see a person turn around after getting flanked and getting a lucky headshot for the kill because the other guy decided to shoot for center of mass.
