I hope they fix how finicky placing down certain objects in the game is. Placing armor as Rook is like *plop*, but deploying Tachanka's garbage lid gun is a nightmare, I feel like I need to bring floor plans and measuring tape every time I play as him

its moreso that if you are defenders and someone on your team keeps marking enemies with the camera, it alerts the attacker that they've been spotted so they know to be expected.

Starting to thnk I may not have made the best move buying this. My connection doesn't seem to want me to play much of this.
Unlocked Bandit yesterday and in the very first round as him, I was 1v1 vs an attacker, hiding out in the hostage room, then I suddenly hear a gut-wrenching scream and then he dies and we win. Turns out he stepped on electrified barbed wire to try to break a barricade that led into the hostage room and couldn't step off it fast enough. The killcam panic was great :v:
Pro tip: Use barbed wire in doorways and staircases to give you an audible alarm to enemy presence.

No people put it in the middle of the room or next to the bomb where its fucking useless. Like come on idiots.
also place the barricade AFTER you place the wire. If you do it before, it will just be stuck on the inside part of the barricade.
Is Rainbow Six Siege worth the price of admission? I played it at a friend's place and loved it.

No. It's a requested feature though, to let his boxes link metallic objects together so you could use one trap to electrify an entire reinforced wall. I think it would increase his usefulness while also giving underplayed characters like Thatcher and IQ something to do.

Huh. I also though his boxes electrified two walls for one box which is why I asked. One box for an entire wall though sounds like a bit much.

True for defenders but I think I see more tachankas than IQs. I've also seen well positioned MGs win games. I think it just depends on where the objective spawns and if you have teammates willing to watch your flank.

Has the best moment yesterday, was defending as jager, last guy alive. Thermite starts breaching the room, I run out to the room where they're breaching from, see thermite prone just inside the room, with thatcher hiding behind some boxes looking into the hole. I panic magdump hipfire on the thermite, managing to kill him with my last bullet, run up to the thatcher, butterfinger prone instead of melee, then finally meleeing him like a second after I ran up to him. Neither of them had noticed me through this entire thing and my entire team was fucking dying laughing.
