This actually makes me feel worse about the jammer placements I've seen in pubs now.
I think it's really silly that Frost gets a Sterling SMG when Canada literally hasn't used those since the 60s at the latest and JTF2 uses MP5s and P90s. Variety I guess because then her weapon selection would be exactly the same as Doc.

A really nice 1v5 ace with some really smart Thermite plays, especially with the Thermite charge and frag grenades.

Love the frag grenade trick where he throws it up to the window. Honestly never thought about using frags like that.

Not to discredit, but the enemy didn't use the security cameras at all. They clearly weren't feeding information to each other. Grenade use/breach timing was fucking ace though.
i dont like the way jager's name popped up though, srsly hope they do something about that

Yeaaah...seems kinda sketch that can happen but if they didn't then murder holes would be more powerful. If he wasn't aiming RIGHT at the middle of that tiny hole he wouldn't have caught him.

Definitely a lack of teamwork from the other team (no camera use, moving about separately, not covering both bomb sites), but at least Thermite has the chops in successfully tricking 5 people in a row. There are things to be learned from this video, which is reason why I felt the need to share it.
It's the typical "There is only one left we don't have to play Rainbow Six anymore" throw. I've seen it so many times. The defenders kill 4 attackers in quick succession then, believing the game is in the bag, just make boneheaded moves like roaming, leaving the objectives unattended, and the biggest sin of all, splitting up. You don't play like this against 5 attackers and you shouldn't play like this against one. Sit back and let him come to you then gun him down together.
The same goes for attackers too when they mow down 4 defenders in the opening minute of the game then start rushing into rooms and splitting up to tackle two objectives at once. People just tend to make mistakes when they think they have the game won already.
When its 5v1 and people get cocky... Jesus christ I hate that. Just wait them out.

Aced a team when i was attacking and it was 5v1 yesterday. 3 rushed me immediately and one tried to flank by going outside, it was basically a 1v1

Yeah, that happens all the time in CS. One guy left, everyone splits up so he has 5-6 1v1's that he has a chance of winning instead of a 2 or 3v1 that he can't possibly win.
Splitting up and hunting down your opponent isn't always a bad move if you know what you're doing. But you have to know where the enemy is and hit him from multiple sides. If you just bottleneck your own team there is a very good chance he can sit back and mow it down.
Rushing is an effective tactic when done right. But it has to be a tactic, not a 5v1 goose chase.
I generally speaking play this game as a roaming defender. I don't like plunking down and sitting in a few spots. I like to be mobile, and get around my enemies and be the flank that comes out of nowhere.
Hit an 8-0 on Oregon. Nearly made the 3-match sweep but my teammates got hard at the idea of a 4v1 and rushed. Dumbash tried to use pistol after getting cornered and accidentally killed the hostage. Second try we faced a 1v3 in the meeting hall and I had to flush through as kapkan. Gunned down thatcher as he tried to pull the hostage out. Dropped ash behind him. Jumped to the corner and popped thermite when he came around the edge. Didn't reload or anything during the charge.
I swear the game keeps putting me in Club House, Oregon or Consulate.

Had the winter cabin 5 times in a row on ranked. Hell on earth.
I don't think this game repeats maps in a row very often but when it does, you're playing the same map at least three times. :v: I played the Cafe five times in a row once, then Oregon three times. Not in the same session though (thank God).

It was 2 weeks into owning the game that I learned of the Oregon map. The map rotation in this game is really weird.
You guys know you can edit your preferences and get rid of certain maps or gamemodes, right

I actually don't think I hate any map enough to never want to play it. I have a love/hate relationship with Plane and I'm not crazy about Clubhouse, but besides that I could care less what map I'm playing on.
