So uh, when does the Season Pass access for the JTF2 operators begin? This week or next week?
Probably when the first batch of characters releases for everyone.
Just found out Glaz can shoot through castle doors.
I'm Glaz now.
Every time.
Your best friend will be your drone, just make it peek under the barricade, then use that info to boop shitlords.
Probably when the first batch of characters releases for everyone.
Except no because Season Pass holders get the operators 1 week early.
Except no because Season Pass holders get the operators 1 week early.
Which is why I'm saying that, to avoid people being confused about "hurrdurr why didn't I get the first set of operators?"
But that doesn't tell me shit, because I don't know whcich date the public release is nor when the Season Pass holder release is.
Season pass release is the 5th, public is a week after that.
There really should be a better way to report people other than "open a help ticket on ubisofts confusing ass support website" So much messing around just to say "yeah these guys were aimbotting"
Hopefully in the 2.0 update they add an ingame report feature or something. Is there a VAC system or anything for this game? Because when people are very obviously hacking i dont know how it wouldn't be picked up.
I hope buck says tabarnak or calisse
Getting sick of playing against a full team of ranked players in casual

Siege uses FairFight, which is complete and total ass.

Really? Some people say that the public release is Feb 2nd, so with that in mind Season Pass holders would get the new operators tomorrow sicne its a week ahead.

Feb 2nd is the easy release, the week after is the public release. This was stated by Ubi shortly after they said the DLC update was going to be delayed.

I hope he's played by Réal Bossé.
Really wish I had the season pass. Shame the winter sale destroyed my wallet though.
Making sure you find a game is the main goal of matchmaking, generally.
I would gladly wait a little longer if it meant I played with people my own level instead of new people who dont know how to play
Getting sick of playing against a full team of ranked players in casual
God damn nobody plays ranked, me and my mates basically have to play casual or suffer a 20m+ wait
It is not a 20 min wait for ranked. Every time I play ranked the first game, for whatever reason, has the longest wait time but after that I get into a game at a pretty decent pace. Either solo or in a stack.
Please note the region im in, we havent actually been able to play ranked for the past week simply because we sit in the queue -forever-
I'm somewhat on edge to buying this game. The pricetag is a bit big, but would you guys say it's worth it?
Does the game play smoothly? Is it balanced? Is there much room for replayability, and this the community good?
I realize these questions are a bit lame to ask, but I suppose this would be the best place to get the answers.

Also, I'm a big sucker for games that involve crazy amounts of teamwork. Games where playing with a mic and being aware of everything in your environment is detrimental to winning.
it's kinda not worth it at $60. i'd say $40-45 is the max. buy it at a keysite or wait for another steam sale
Horseshit death of the night...

Worth 60. Infinite replayability.
I think it's worth $60 as well. I got more for my money than many other $60 games.

Is it worth it? I think so, but I also got the game for free with my graphics card and because of my buying principles I never would have purchased it in the first place.
Does the game play smoothly? From a technical standpoint it's fine. I've never had anything weird happen, graphically, or random crashes to desktop.
Is it balanced? Eh. Honestly, I think it's very balanced if you look at how classes can counter each other and interact with each other. It's pretty fucking amazing how well the classes are balanced against each other. The biggest glaring issue right now is TTK with body/limb shots. Headshots are an instant kill at any range with any weapon so there is no reason to take into account anything except for rate of fire and recoil. As long as you're spraying steady then you technically should get a headshot, and that's all that matters.
Is there much room for replayability? About as much as Counter-Strike. So, yes.
Is the community good? I'll semi-quote myself and say that the community isn't any better or worse than any other game. Maybe a little older in demographic, but the real strength is that teams are not broken up at the end of the game. If you have a good win with some people, just stick in the lobby and you'll find another game with them. Jive with them for another game or two? Add your favorites and now you have a stack.
Teamwork? Yes, teamwork is needed and mic communication helps tons.

Its the unknown factor that gets ya going. Then its 2v5 and you have to somehow outsmart the others as your idiot teammate goes rambo.
Theres just a lot to think about and react with in this game which makes its incredibly fun to play when the teams are evenly matched.
Siege really does have the clenching moments when you are outnumbered and outgunned, then you pull an amazing clutch. It happens rarely for me, but when it does it is worth it.
I'm reading that future DLC and operators are free, so why is there a season pass?
I'm reading that future DLC and operators are free, so why is there a season pass?
Pass holders get them without having to buy them for renown and a week early. All post-release operators are 25k renown.
