I am very confident this is one of the better games I've played in the last 3 years, well worth the price, fairly balanced and infinite replability because every match is different. You will find a certain operator you love but have different scenarios every time, just make sure you got friends to play with you for more fun. Add me on steam if you need a partner to play with.

It adds up pretty quickly when you finish buying all the operators and getting attachments for everyone. Im rank 84 now and have 67k renown. I have probably been playing more than the average player tho.

Yep around 100 more, ive played mostly casual tho. I have around a 3.0 win rate in casual though and you get a lot more from wins so that really adds up.
And if you get a lot of flawless victories games are super quick which means more renown.
This is literally the only game that makes my heart race in a tight situation

Not worth it at all, a ranked match can go on for literally an hour if it's not a stomp, with 100 extra renown. Casual goes 100 less but the matches tend to only last 15 minutes.

The most a ranked match is going to go on for is 35 minutes, assuming you go the max length for every round, up to seven.
theres a 50% reknown boost during the weekend anyway so, its a good time to try and get those reknowns for the new operators
50% is pretty piss-poor
even Call of Duty does at least +100% (whatever) weekends.

I mean, on wins you're still getting close to 150 more renown, so you're getting close to 450 renown a casual win, and that's a fucking lot really. I know I'm easily getting to at least 25k this weekend because of just how easily you can plow casual matches with a small group, or even just duo queuing.

Different leveling system at a faster rate and a prestige system that you can just blow through. It's not like R6 Siege has that much essential stuff that you need spend that much renown on.
If you want +100%, you can pop a Renown Booster if you have them saved from the "invite 4 friends" event (I know I will be). Besides, it's not that hard to get 25K Renown just by playing casual. The claim that it takes about 25 hours to get 25K is holding pretty true for me.
Convinced my housemate to pick up Siege for like $40 (Xbox1) at Gamestop after seeing an ad. Hes watched me play quite a bit so hes pretty excited about it. Dont know how well he'll do since hes obsessed with COD.

No lie, I really want the FBI USA skins, the GIGN French skins, and the GSG 9 German skins but I'm too cheap.
The SAS and Spetsnaz skins are lame though.
I wish getting the season pass would give you enough of that r6 coin stuff to at least buy one of them.
Anyone else notice the netcode go to shit over the last update? Tonight I was playing and everyone had pings under 80 but people were rubber banding, we were all noticing instances of a solid 2 seconds of delay between players. So many times I was killed a good 2 seconds after being clear of an enemy.
It's unplayable for me, I straight up didn't have fun tonight because the game is so broke. There's also been an increase in the issue that causes environment damage to not be synced between players. I saw my teamate sledge a wall and it didn't break for me. My friend also had an instance where the whole floor of a building just vanished as if all the boards had been blown off. I also witness a load of wooden barricades disappear - didn't know how it looked to the enemy.

I play with americans and i'm normally around 180-220ms and its fucking impossible to do anything.

it goes through walls but it seems like the range is only ~1.5 rooms worth
God damn it. I just carried my team with the strength of Hercules and Shadowplay took a shit, as per usual.
Just crashed out of a rank game, start back up and it prompts me to rejoin/abandon. Rejoin and it puts me into a regular queue and when the time runs out it gives me a matchmaking error, locks me out of ranked and deranks me... Come on
Edit: Next game 2nd round someone on their team leaves and a second later everyone freezes in the game and then my game froze. Relaunch and it prompts me to rejoin, when i do it says joining game and then puts me on the main menu. No timer or anything. Like fix this shit
